Clean, quiet room and the comfiest bed!

1) Had to pay for parking charges on the daily. 2)Not the best bfast for the value. Felt like we were tricked into eating there because staff said "it was already included in your stay" only to bill us after the meal. Could have gone to a juice bar to get healthier options, but I suppose that's the price tag for convenience not having to leave the hotel for bfast. Wish the staff were more transparent! 3) One complaint abt the room: the pocket door to the bathroom did not close, leaving abt 3 inches gaping open. 4) Front desk staff was not the warmest of personality - not rude but "I am just here doing my job" vibe.

Enjoyed the property price and location.

The ramp is uneven and scraped the bottom of my car and I didn’t want to leave often because of fear of damage. So limited my leaving and had to drive out extremely slow. That really should be fixed, you can see residue from other cars who have experienced this. Me and my wife really didn’t like venturing out and returning. Because typically corporations won’t take blame for the damage and we didn’t feel we should have that concern lingering the entire trip. Also the 20 dollar a day parking fee, on top of the fact that the power went out and we had breakfast but nothing could be warmed up. I definitely have to think about booking this spot again because of the possibility of car damage.

Booked three rooms for our two day family vacation in Miami. We requested for the rooms to be near each other and they were able to do it which was great! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel at night was quiet allowing us to get great sleep. One of the rooms had a pool view which was nice and the other was a corner unit which brought in a lot of light. The restaurant had decent pricing and the food was pretty good. I would have to say, this hotel had one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in the USA. Lots of variety from bacon cooked to perfection, fruit, peanut butter toasts with fruits on top, waffles, potatoes, scrambled eggs and more. The gave us free water bottles in the rooms and free cookies at reception. You can park your car in their garage for $20 a day, which is pretty pricy (and super small garage) but what isn't in Miami. We hanged out at the pool at night and found it relaxing - they do provide towels at the pool.

The restaurant takes pretty long to make food so order in advanced.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the receptionist Bella. She is extremely friendly and attentive. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean and very well organized.

I believe the price could be more attractive and offer better value to guests. Including breakfast for any type of stay chosen would improve the overall experience and make it more comprehensive and welcoming. This small addition could significantly improve guest satisfaction and create a more positive impression.

Excellent location. The staff is very polite. The cleaning staff was just great! Very friendly and did an amazing job. The room was super clean.

Everything was great, except for the last days that wifi was not functioning due to a replacement they were doing.

Checked all the important boxes - clean, comfy bed with nice bedding, hot shower with good water pressure, and super friendly helpful staff.

It’s a solid three star hotel. Some signs of wear and tear and right outside the hotel doesn’t look that nice, but right around the corner is a great shopping area with good restaurants, all walkable.

Nice location close to the Shops T Merrick Park. Pleasant high end neigborhood. Staff were friendly and helpful, let us change rooms as the first had noises at night.Convenient to both airport and the Port of Miami.

The lifts were very noisy in a strange way. Unless you have a car, dining options were limited.

We like that the hotel was located central from the places we were visiting, quiet, and safe. Also, that they was a mall across for awesome shopping and wonderful restaurants.

We did not like that we had to pay for parking, the shower drain was in the middle of the shower (wrong placing) and the hotel did not have room service. Also, the receptionist that checked us out was rude!

Be aware, reservation was done through Booking.com and at the check-in hotel didn't have AVAILABLE room. I was told it was a glitch on the system. By the way, the same with other 6 different guests. But, the manager was able, after almost 2 hours, she was able to find room for us.
