The location was close to the airport and the places I needed to visit while there. The parking was right outside my room. The staff were so nice and super friendly. Truly A+ service and I would recommend this place for that alone. I liked that the room didn't smell of smoke. AC worked very well, and the TV. The hot water was divine after a long day of driving around. I also met a few other residents when I went to get something from my car and they were friendly. A nice community. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great hotel, walking distance to University Subway station for a service to downtown Miami for a few bucks. Checkin very friendly. Room size is good, a fridge and television in the room. Vending machine for soda's outside and ice machine available (ask the reception to open this one for you). Parking is available at the hotel grounds.

Quite close to the downtown. Near cafes and bars (McDonald's, Starbucks).10-15 minutets to the metro (university stop). Very Safe Area, we were walking on the middle of the nights. Very fast check in and check out. Nice Staff, too.

Generalny everything was fine .

Check-in was very good, given that my flight was running late, and the staff stayed a few minutes late, allowing me to check in very easily.

The TV service is confusing and weird. If I just want to watch local channels, or just a news channel, it should be easier to do rather than navigate through several menus and then load.

It was a good experience overall. It was clean when I arrived and they cleaned the room everyday. The staff is very helpful and trustworthy. Super close to public transport.

Location and that it's clean and affordable

They never seem to give you enough towels and face clothes. For a a couple we need at least two sets and yet we only got one face cloth. I ended up purchasing my own

We had this one AMAZING housekeeper who just had a beautiful heart. She would always come and check up on me and my children to make sure we had everything we needed. She would just go the extra mile for us, and I hope she knows how immensely grateful we are to have had her during our stay. The gentleman in the main office with the beard was very kind and patient in my personal situation. I couldn't have asked for more. As for the hotel room itself, it's a generic room, nothing fancy. It is outdated with old furniture, but you do have a microwave and a mini-fridge with a freezer in the room. We had 2 queen beds that did its job, and our room was located in the perfect spot for us. We didn't hear traffic noises from our room, and I will say we couldn't hear anyone next or above us. The most sound we heard was someone moving their chair above us from time to time but nothing serious. Location wise, it's at a great spot. You can park your car there or if you want to take the metro rail you'll have to take about a 10-15 min walk, again no big deal. Also, walking distances are restaurants, Starbucks, CVS, and even a technology repair shop! <- Those are all located between the motel and Metro rail stop. There are cameras all over the property for your safety and security.

Doors are not sealed. There was a day when a power washer was used to do some work, and the water shot right through the gap between the door and doorway. (Housekeeping came on their own for the cleanup). There was a night someone must have been smoking Marijuana because the smell entered our room somehow. I was angry about that, considering I have my children in the room. From time to time (not every day, I promise), Palmetto Bugs (dinosaur looking roaches 😱) got into our room. I hate those freaking things. 😒 Needless to say, my kids and I would freak the f*** out! We seriously hate those dinosaurs (that's what we called them)! So we would put a towel to block the gaps, which helped a lot. For sure, the door frames need to be thicker or add seals to the door.

Places in a great location it was local like 10 minutes away from the job we were working on that part was really great

They charge you for parking your vehicle and we had two of them to go down there for work

Really nice accommodation, in a great area. The check-in staff member was very helpful and friendly, and gave me a room as per my request - thanks very much for this, I appreciated it very much. It is a short walk from the nearby University Metrorail station, with easy links to Downtown and Miami Airport. There are some good eateries and self-catering shops next to the Metrorail station too. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and I had a lovely stay there. Thank you very much.

nice and safe neighborhood. room is big . bed comfortable. TV options are good. cleaning every day.

location is a bit far from metro station if humid weather that walk is a challenge. Hotel has parking lot if you have a car. there is no one at the reception if you arrive before 8am.
