It’s location was great, the views were great. The staff was excellent! Every complaint I had, Maida made up for it or would send someone for help. She is wonderful and kept communication open the whole time to make sure we were happy.

I booked a room with partial bay view and didn’t get the correct room. The pillows were too hard and the bathroom sink kept getting clogged. One of the 3 elevators wouldn’t go to the 11th floor when we would choose it.

The front desk lobby staff was very good every day. Location, very clean, design/decor of rooms was excellent. Original artwork in lobby and throughout was curated well and framed pieces were done well. However, I would like to see artist name, title and media tag for each piece-that is important. Lobby furniture was well chosen!

The mattress was on the hard side, coffee maker didn’t work well - kept shutting off. grounds in coffee…not sure what was going on with it.

Excellent location - walk to trails, restaurants, and shops. Room very nice and clean. It is a small studio but had everything we needed and more!

The room was so comfortable and supplied with everything we could possibly need and more. All of the details felt so personal and welcoming and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The views from the balcony were amazing. Our host was super helpful and we enjoyed the personal touches. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and provided with a wealth of information on the surrounding area and restaurants. Check in was incredibly easy. We will be back as soon as we possibly can. Highly recommend!

Supper location, supper amenities and the gym was superb.

A little smaller than we thought, but the location made up for that. If staying longer than a week it would get a little claustrophobic

the decor was nice . location was nice.set up was cozy. close to Miami life. loved the roof top pool

had to find quarter to wash clothes, had to go to several places. cant get change from down stairs like the other residence. no long mirror. only one mirror in room that’s in bathroom. extra sheets and towels at a cost. and parking was 15$ a day, felt like it was mandatory, could have been complementary , think it’s just a way to make more money.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of restaurants, parks, fresh market etc. The view was good from the balcony which had comfortable chairs. If we went again, I would make a request for a floor higher than 9 but our view was still excellent which included a water view, a bit of city view and view of the park and its sports activities. We had family in a larger condo with a living area which was very nice but was not available for the length of our stay. They were very happy. The bed was comfortable. The linens and towels were good. If you plan to do a lot of cooking be aware the kitchen accoutrements are very basic. There is a full-size fridge, stove and dishwasher. There was sufficient dishwashing liquid, dish washer pods on hand. I would suggest perhaps a few kitchen towels and a large bowl to be added in addition to the items already provided. More lighting in the kitchen would be nice but that is an original construction design problem, not the fault of the hosts. The condo has lovely furniture with a midcentury vibe. The safe didn't have instructions but the host provided them and a video on how to set it up. There were plenty of hangers in the closet, a real ironing board and a good iron which came in handy. We had a housekeeping problem our first day which was quickly and completely remediated with only one text to the host. The pool got crowded a bit on the weekend (there were weddings and graduations) but otherwise was easily accessible. The pool guys kept the pool area clean even.They started early in the am. If you are a late riser, I would suggest booking a higher floor. We are early risers so not a problem. The hosts are very responsive and eager to make sure you have a good stay. Be aware that the parking deck for guests is to the left of the Hotel Arya building if you are looking at the front, not in the back. The garage was easy to access from the building. The price is good for the accommodations we had.

The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was quite and relaxing.I also like the fact that parking was including with our stay.

i didn't like not having access to the pool and the restaurant was under construction

The apartment is incredibly spacious. I cannot stress that enough. Bedroom bath, guest bath, kitchen, washer, dryer (detergent and softener included). The closet was the size of a small room. Massive terrace. The view from the terrace is amazing—even better than Mr. C’s. The location is safe, walkable, and great distance to get to other areas. There are so many nearby restaurants and shops. You must go to Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza which is nearby. Best. Pizza. Also the lobby smells amazing.

Parking was always available but the garage is very narrow so be careful.
