Hotel Arya is in an excellent location in Coconut Grove. There was a very nice pool area on the 8th floor, and a staff member at the pool was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely get a room on the water side so you can wake up to views of beautiful Biscayne Bay. There are wonderful shops, restaurants, marina, etc.in the area to walk to and explore. You can even rent paddleboards down by the marina!

We did not like the parking scenario. Parking is difficult in the area and the hotel offered a fee to have a valet bring you your car. The fee was on the high side per day (over $36), and there were times we had to wait a while to get our car(we would have preferred to walk to our car instead). There was no coffee/tea area downstairs in the main lobby. The coffee in the room wasn't that great, so we were looking forward to having a nice cup of coffee, which was non-existent. There are coffee shops in the area, but they charge over $5-$6 for a 16 oz.coffee!

I loved the location! Perfect Location pool is on the 8th floor so it has a little view very comfortable everyone I encountered was nice. Room was clean view from balcony was everything. Massive shout out to Door staff Janette she helped me over the phone before I got there , Kayla was the most pleasant person to come back from a long night out too super helpful , friendly and informative. Mariana was super nice in the morning as well!!! All 3 were just amazing! Nice location close to alot of small owned businesses which I loved!! 24 hour liquor store up the street I mean it was amazing!!

Only one elevator worked the whole stay plus you could use the service elevator which was mighty scary. Restaurant/bar is not open and hasn’t been open for over 10 years according to the residents that live there they should really take that off of there amenities. VALET SERVICE SUCK!!!! Literally never there I was told I could call downstairs to have my car ready never answered the phone! Never at the desk you’re better off literally self parking in public parking because it is not reliable! Almost missed two reservations due to this!

I loved the location in general. It’s close to the marina and a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool is very nice as well and the view is breathtaking.

There only seems to be 1 working elevator and it takes ages to go between all the floors. There’s literally never a good time to go on the elevator. We missed one of our Ubers because it took us over 10 minutes just to get to the lobby due to waiting for it to reach our floor. Additionally there’s only 1 ice machine in the hotel so it can be bit of an inconvenience to go get it from another floor due to the issues with the elevator.

Good location

Couldn’t connect IPhone to TV for airplay or screen mirroring. Staff was not helpful at all in trying to assist with this. An overnight parking valet charge was charged to my account for “visitors” that I had over night (?). This was not the case at all. Not sure how a charge like this can be placed without verifying with the registered guest first. Called to complain. The matter was referred to the supervisor at reception, who never returned my call. Poor reflection on the management unfortunately. I was never given a final invoice when I checked out. It was only emailed to me later where I discovered the valet charge.

Great location. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was all very friendly and helpful along with the residents you’d meet in passing.

The only issue we had with the trip is one day we left and had left the privacy please sign up and when we came back our door was propped wide open. The room was as we’d left it but we had no idea how or why the door to the room was just open since we shut it when we left.

Great room, amazing view and location in Coconut Grove with great restaurants / marina nearby.

I felt staff at reception could have been more welcoming and a bit more professional in demeanour. Pool area had magnificent views but is starting to look a little tired. Appreciate that this is Miami, but it is outside city centre/miami beach areas, therefore I felt paid parking was a disappointment.

I love to stay there.. & I always do & will continue to stay there. Location is essential to me: 5 7 minutes away from family .. etc. Love everything about it except one thing: no coffee shop or room service is available. A few years ago a very nice “ buffet breakfast” was offered. Why did that disappear?? May I ask.

My stay at Hotel Arya was amazing. The front desk staff member by the name of Raul…he was very kind and generous. He showed me and my wife so much hospitality. He was patient, attentive, and made our stay feel like a home away from home. We will definitely visit Hotel Arya again. Thank you Raul for a wonderful stay. Because of your smile, care, and compassion….my trip to Miami was lovely.

Very convenient location in a nice area— near restaurants and shops. Sightseeing locations and parks are very close by as well.

Housekeeping suggestion: Have a way for your guest to indicate what they would like done if the rooms are normally cleaned every other day. I had to tell the front desk that I wanted extra hand towels and my trash emptied because the housekeeper left before I got to the door (No disturb sign was not on my door). I did tell the front desk and received the towels and trash was emptied. Concierge: I could never locate one. I am from out of state and would’ve liked it if there was someone was there to answer my questions. The front desk personnel were busy.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel, close proximity to restaurants and shops. Walk out the front door and we were just steps from everything. The lobby has a pleasant scent.

parking was an issue. We had to use the parking garage which was located next door to the hotel and at first we thought it was great until we discovered it was almost a hundred dollars for an over night stay. That's absurd.
