Excellent organization and cleanliness and very good automated check-in I took the family trip and would repeat it if I go back to Miami

the lack of clarity in saying that parking is paid in the advertisement and even after closing I was not informed that it is paid on site (important detail there is no public parking on site), thank goodness I asked about it. Furthermore, the gates were always open in the lower garage, and in the upper garage car elevators left the spaces terrible and very competitive.

it was relatively close to clinic where I had surgery. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. We liked the parking was in a gated garage.

There was only 2 wash clothes, no dish rags or towels. As for the kitchen it was well stocked with the exception of drinking glasses, there was only one. And upon first time trying to use dryer it would not work. I sent message to property and they sent maintenance out very next day. Getting into parking garage was a bit of trouble as the codes provided didn't work. Finally was able to get in after about 30 minutes.

The mattres of the third bed it is time to be changed. Also there was garbage under that 3rd bed.

Easy to figure out for entry Live talking head in th lobby. Amenities are available with everything you need in place. Nice neighborhood with healthy walking distance to whatever you need to buy.

Security was lax Pass codes were 123456 easy.. Predictable. Several changes to parking gates make it confusing

The apartment itself

The fact that I had to carry my 50 pound luggage up 7 flights of stairs because the elevator was out a whole day and a half was the worst experience ever. I hurt my arm in the process. And the Facility didn't even offer any Accommodations or even a day of my money back. Other than that it was nice

Did not read the original email so had a bit of a hard time getting in till I got back to my email and figured it out. Also needed to add a rental and this took some time and effort having to email back and forth.

The fact that there was no one up front to assist. Also wasn’t sure what Meeee the ordering and delivery expectations from Amazon was and I did not want to take the chance. Also the numbers provided to call took forever qns I never got through. Only got through via email.

Super clean, it has parking and swimming pool, quiet neighbourhood and staff was polite. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, bedrooms were enormous, 2 balconies and 2 bathroom, it exceeded our expectations. I would come back here again.

Somehow during my whole stay I was unable to use the pool as the gate was closed almost all the time. After a discussion with the manager they apologised and offered a voucher for my next stay as a goodwill.

Location was great, bed was super comfortable & I loved that there were 2 tvs. I love to fall asleep with the tv on lol.

Only downside was the front door has a big opening at the bottom so you can hear almost everything right outside the door, but luckily the walls aren’t thin I couldn’t hear neighbors next door.

So much space and very clean, had an extra bathroom that I didn’t even know about. Great kitchen, pans, towels. Everything you need

The blinds let a lot of light in, I would like curtains that block the light at night since it was too bright.

Beautiful Place; Comfortable Rooms and kitchen; Prices amazing; Fast Internet connection; Kitchen with goods things (microwave, fridge, pans, cutlery)

A little bit noisy due to traffic; Thash Chute with bad smell; The bas smell is from Trash Chute or of the carpet like a full of piss. And checked on another floor and the smells weren’t the same.
