The staff were terrific and would try their hardest to accommodate my requests. I loved taking my pets with me and having them welcomed rather than worrying that they would be a nuisance to everyone else!

Parking was hit or miss. To make things more efficient, they should consider using a text system where guests can request their vehicle via text. Luggage. I was looking for someone available to help with luggage. I have so much stuff when I travel (especially with my pets), and navigating the push carts with two dogs was a challenge. A doggie area would have been an excellent addition!

The location was on point. I needed to go to the General Consulate of Spain and the location exceeded my expectations because it was conveniently just across the street.

As soon as I got to the hotel they wanted to charge me an extra $150 for "security deposit" but the majority of the hotels in Miami do this and I got to learn that they never return it, so I disputed this even after having paid my whole stay. In the end the issue was resolved but yeah it is outrageous.

I did not have breakfast. The location is perfect for my needs. The front desk staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Great to see the same ones always! I like and appreciate that they have a storage room and are happy to receive and keep parcels for me. I love the Coral Gables area. It's a quick Uber ride to Miami International Airport. It's very safe, I usually travel alone.

A one night stay. I like the reception staff, the guest rooms and the location. The area is lovely and very safe. I live abroad and appreciate and am grateful for the fact that the hotel allows me to accept parcels just before my arrival, and also allowed me to leave an empty suitcase in storage to collect next week.

Everything is perfect for what I need during a short stay.

Location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, bar was nice!

Parking was pretty expensive, the pool closed at sunset so it was not possible to sit outside there at night, other outdoor seating area was right on the main road so it was a little noisy, hotel overall was more expensive than others of the same quality.

The lobby was modern, warm and welcoming. The decor certainly inviting and loved the little nooks for privacy if needed (whether for breakfast or awaiting your taxi after check out). The outdoor patio area allowed for that open air ambience even simply for just taking in the hustle and the bustle of the city streets. The rooms were simple and clean and the staff very accommodating. Love the young hip Gen Z/millennial staff who certainly complimented the Aloft's chic style.

Location, facilities, the room had everything needed. Loved the fridge. Loved the bed, super comfortable.

Should have a restaurant. The price I paid was high, 1,500 for 6 nights. Don’t know if this is the norm in Coral Gables. First time here.

I love the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, without exception. From Ana, Front Desk Manager and her staff to the women who clean the rooms, all of them are so polite and eager to please. For me on these short trips, the location is perfect.

I don't know. I thought I had a reservation that included breakfast. The desk clerk informed me that I was incorrect.

The price of parking was exorbitant. Given the room rates, the parking should not have been so high.
