Beautiful View

We waited at the airport for more than an hour for the shuttle bus when it says “every 30 mins”. Nobody answered the phone, I called several times and when the shuttle arrived at the pick-up area, the driver just went straight not even looking if there are people waiting.

Close to the airport although we used the cruise port. Great rooms and facilities. Really enjoyed the pool area and it was nice that they served food and drinks.

The meals were a little pricey and variety wasn't there as much as we would have liked. Not a lot else to say

Breakfast was excellent in comparison to some we have experienced at other hotels. Room was doable considering we had expected a view of the lagoon as published in the reservation site. We, however, only slept there after a long flight from Europe so it was OK but not as represented in the booking site. Airport transport was good. Didn't have to wait very long at the airport for the shuttle arrival. Had left our car on-site for three weeks after a cruise before staying there over night and all was OK with the car. So overall it was a good choice for the price...

Staff and food were wonderful. Grounds were beautiful. Shuttle to airport ran on schedule. Room was comfortable.

While public areas were clean and up to date, the hotel hallways and our room (corner, king suite with balcony) was very dated. Hallways and room are in need of new paint. (Very scuffed and dirty looking) Hallway carpet was dirty, in need of vacuuming and lose...needs replaced. Our room was dated, we found coffee stir sticks on the floor and though clean, did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly. Balcony furniture was worn and had broken spots. ok for one night.

I like the outdoor pool area . Inside us nice as well with the restaurant/bar . Breakfast looked amazing but didn't geta chance to try it because I thought it was included The Starbucks inside was amazing as well. Comfortable beds with an amazing view if the planes taking off!!! That was the best part for me! . Walking inside this hotel is awesome and very cold once off the elevator on the 5th floor so if your HOT HOT ,no worries here !!

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included even if it was just for 1 breakfast trip .. No outlit next to bed to charge ur phone. Luckily I brought a long cord to reach the outlet attached to the lamp !

The room was good and the food was good I had wings and onion rings from the restaurant. The staff in the cafe were pleasant, the concierge was a little curt but maybe he was overwhelmed.

I requested a fridge for my medication, the e-mail said they'd try but they couldn't promise. But the room had a fridge in it that said don't put personal belongings in it. So I had to ask the concierge to put my ice cooler in the freezer to ensure the medicine would be to the temperature for my flight the following day. He was a little curt but helpful eventually.

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable .

The January 2 5 am shuttle bus driver rom the hotel to the airport was very rude and didn’t want to lift my luggage into the shuttle. He yelled at me. I was very upset as I told him I have a back problem. He didn’t care. He continued being rude and yelling at me even as I walked into the bus. The shuttle driver from January 1 at night from the airport to the hotel was a nicer man and lifted the luggage even though he was an older man. January 1 receptionist at night wasn’t very pleasant either.

The room was lovely and not noisy. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of cooked and continental breakfast but beware if you use the buffet it's all the same price. You can choose from the menu and that is more expensive. There was a lovely waitress called Kate who explained it to us but after we had queried the bill.

We had to wait for our room to be ready but we were early off the cruise the 2nd time we stayed there so it's understandable.

We loved the pool area and the tiki bar that served food at the pool! The food was excellent and bartender very polite! We also stayed a night after our cruise and ate inside at the restaurant. Our waiter was the nicest waiter we’ve ever had! The dessert was so fancy the chef made for us with a fresh daisy on top!

The headboards of the beds were peeling, looked like it could use a little tlc. Also, the carpet was wet in one area when we arrived at our room and my husband stepped on it with only his socks on!

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable, conveniently situated close to the airport, a supermarket, pharmacy, and other essential amenities. A huge plus for me was the on-site Starbucks, which made morning coffee runs a breeze. The staff deserves special mention, with most of them being fully bilingual in Spanish and English, ensuring smooth communication throughout. I’d also like to give a shoutout to the airport shuttle driver, whose friendliness truly stood out. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel overall met my needs, but I did notice that the rooms felt a bit dated. Personally, I’m not a fan of tubs, and would have preferred a more modern shower setup. I believe some renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. On the bright side, the location and services offered were commendable.
