The included breakfast was good. The room was ideal for a group of one adult and two kids due to the kitchenette and sofa-bed. Beds very comfortable. Staff on property all helpful. Only ten minutes from the airport.

Contrary to what the airport hotel shuttle dispatcher thought, the shuttle bus from the airport on arrival was apparently running on request-only, but the telephone number on the email did not connect for either me or the dispatcher, so after waiting 40 minutes watching buses from every other hotel chain on the planet pass by, we had to get a cab from a different level at the airport, which was irritating straight off a 9hr international flight with two tired kids in tow.

We rented one of the two bedroom units and it was an exceptional experience. Beds comfortable, blackout curtains, separate showers and vanities. Full kitchen and a value as it was less than 2 - one bedroom units. Great for two couples, families, or simply those who prefer to sleep separate. Breakfast was pretty good. Not many gluten free /egg free options so one in our party brought their own breakfast. The other was delighted by the breakfast options. Both showers had great water pressure and plenty of cupboard space. Staff super helpful and our ride two /from the airport was easy. Will book again on our next overnight stay in Miami.

The lights on the smoke detectors are bright. If that bothers you, as it does us, bring a little black electrical tape. Super easy to remedy that way.

The employees were the best they made it possible for my little one to have a good time for his b-day. The employees are all caring, the very professional and the best thing about it if you needed anything, they will run to grab it for you and the food. Awesome

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that the pool doesn’t stay open like he used to till 9 o’clock but it’s OK. The kids still had fun.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Gabriel in particular, was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel property is in an ideal location. The shopping plazas are in walking distance to the property which was very convenient for my family and I. Overall an excellent stay. This was my second time staying there and will definitely not be the last!

I liked that the gym was located outside to it's self and the staff was friendly and helpful as well.Breakfast was pretty good and the room was very pleasant too. Food and shopping was just up the street(walking distance).

They didn't have a(n) ironing board in the room.

I didn't know I was to contact property on arrival for shuttle pickup at airport. We waited over an hour. I saw the shuttle pass by twice but on outside lane from where we stood. We eventually found other means of transportation to get to hotel.

I arrived before regular check in hours and there was no problem at all, the room was ready!! The staff at the reception was very friendly and efficient. The apartment was fully equiped, very spacious and clean. It definitely served our needs. The property is very well kept. There is a free shuttle to the airport eport which was much appreciated.

The breakfast is more or less basic, but ok.

Located close to the airport and walking distance to several late night food options. This was a great property for our family of four to stay one night. They also offer a nice breakfast in the morning!

Not the most updated hotel but it was fine for us.

2nd time to Hyatt House & they're A++!

From shuttle driver, front desk check-in, delicious dinner in restaurant (don't let size fool you, it's a full service little restaurant & bar) with great breakfast. ALL staff was helpful & willing to help in any way. I'm a senior travelling with 13 & 15 year old grandkids. This hotel provided relaxing a 2-bdm unit, comfy beds & couch-bed. We all enjoyed our overnight stay.

Cleanliness! Comfort! Spacious & privacy. Feels like you're actually home. Very nice staff. Helpful and understanding.

There's cheaper but not exactly better, suite hotels around the area. I still chose Hyatt house due to my previous experience.
