The hotel has a pleasant aroma, which was noticed on entering the hotel. It has a nice view, and it was close to the airport, shopping and eateries. The property is situated in a nice, quiet area. Although it's near roadways and the airport, we weren't disturbed by vehicular or airplane traffic. The shuttle takes guests to nearby places within a 3 mile radius 👍 The general manager was regularly seen around property and seems to be quite professional, courteous, and hands-on. Also, when we alerted him of a concern, he quickly had it rectified. The other staff members were pleasant as well. The breakfast was adequate but was the same items every day. If you stay for a while, you might get tired of it.

A few calls had to be made to the front desk to get assistance regarding a faulty iron. The noisy AC unit, but it didn't stop us from sleeping :)

Great location. Wonderful pool area with fireplace and BBQ. Staff is wonderful and the 10th floor Happy Hour and Lounge with pool and foosball table terrific.

Breakfast is very chaotic and you have to get there by 8a. The staff is trying very hard to keep up but the layout is not offering a good flow with the pancake station being in the same line up with the hot food, resulting in a very long line every morning for guests wanting one or the other or both. Moving the pancake station will provide relief for all parties. The selection was very nice.

I love the outside pool area, also I fell in love the breakfast area it’s Phenomenal!! This was a great choice the Blue Lagoon put the icing on the cake . Wonderful Vieww

I didn’t like the bed pillows . I pulled out the “ let out couch” and found a liquor bottle . Nothing major just housekeeping doing some slipping .

From the start, the shuttle arrived promptly - I think we waited 10-15 minutes. We had large suitcases and the driver loaded them for us. Check-in was so welcoming and friendly. When we got to room, it was such a relief - so clean and spacious. My daughter was super impressed with the kitchen and all the amenities. We only stayed one night but wanted to stay longer! We ate at the restaurant and again had amazing service from the bartender there. She chatted with us and we got to know her a little bit which was fun. The next day, we had an amazing breakfast. My husband who is vegetarian remarked at how good it was and I agreed - the eggs were so much better than the typical runny yellow things other hotels serve. Our flight ended up being delayed but they let us hang out in the upstairs lounge for the whole day and stored our luggage behind the counter. There's a small strip of chain food places next door that we picked up lunch from (Jersey Mike's, Starbucks, Panda Express, etc.) When we were ready to head to the airport, the shuttle took us right away - we had the same driver and he was quick getting us to our gate. After our stay, my whole family agreed that the people and hotel were one of the best experiences we've ever had.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet and the staff at the front desk was great. The included breakfast was pretty nice, although I would've appreciated some fresh vegetables in addition to the fruit (or if they were set up, I managed to miss that section).

Someone neglected to check the shampoo bottle, the bottle was functionally empty and I only managed to squeeze out just enough for the one shower I took.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Shuttle from airport was quick and convenient. Donny the shuttle driver went out of his way to provide additional information. We were able to catch a shuttle to the cruise port for a small fee as well. There are also several restaurants within short walking distance as well.

I came to Miami for surgery/vacation. This place was amazing. It is also a new hotel and EXTREMELY CLEAN!! Outdoors has a nice lounge area and a small pool. The breakfast at this place is perfect!! I have never seen a hotel set at this price with such great options for breakfast. They have everything from fresh fruit, eggs, omelets, bagels, pastries and muffins, toast, yogurt, waffle and pancake maker, cereals, plenty of beverage selections, And MORE! Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and many restaurants are located near hotel. The bedroom is very big and spacious for the price you pay and the bed is also very comfortable. Unfortunately in my college years i found out i had an allergy to bed bugs, so i am very skeptical of hotels. I had no problems here! The location to my surgery center and the Newness of the hotel is what sold me on the location!! I promise you will not be disappointed :)

We did have a problem with trying to figure out how to work the air conditioning unit on the wall, But staff ( Jorge) was so kind and was able to fix it immediately.

I like the location and the view from the top floor where the restaurant is located.

This isn’t really concerning the property per say but I had to wait an extremely long………………..,,,,,,,,,……. time for the shuttle to pick me up I’ve seen the same shuttle come and go before mine showed up. Shuttle service was one of the reasons I chose that hotel.

This is my favorite hotel. I loved everything friendly staff the rooms are very spacious the area is perfect and its just a beautiful hotel. Omg and breakfast was incredible so many different options and to top it off the view is the best. I will be back again and again. I don't have any dislikes...

Very poor, no provision for gluten free except yogurt and fruit. The staff had no idea about any allergens in the food they served which is not there fault it a management failure. I spoke to the manager about this and he said it was the company guidelines. Not sure is that was correct?
