Front desk staff was very accommodating, pleasant and polite. She answered all questions and very patient. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I like the 12 p.m. check-out, breakfast, and shuttle service to Miami Airport. The location was close to restaurants and airport. Didn't know they provided shuttle service to the Miami Port Cruise Terminal, only found out afterwards.

Sent 2 emails with questions to the property prior to visit and only received one response. I booked through Booking.com, so I'm not sure if this was a mistake on Booking or the hotel. I asked about transportation to the Miami Port (Cruise) Terminal and received no response. I found out after arriving to the property that shuttle service is provided to Port of Miami for a small fee.

this is the perfect location if you are going on a cruise. you have a stores and restaurants right across the street. this is my second stay and I plan to book this hotel when we go on the next cruise. Breakfast was very good as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating as well. rooms are very roomy and comfy.

Very close ( 5 minutes walk) to Publix Supermarkt, Burlington, Walgreens, CVS & restaurants like San Juan Cuban restaurant, Mc Donald's, Wendy's, Burger King.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The pool area was clean and inviting. Loved the yard size chess and connect 4 games. It added a fun touch! We got in late at night and only stayed until late morning before driving on to Key West, but overall we enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value.

The room was stuffy and warm. Even when I turned the thermostat down to 68, the room stayed at 73. One of the beds in the room was pretty squeaky whenever someone would move or turn over at night. I know this is minor, but it was annoying. The breakfast bar was subpar. Definitely would have preferred a bit more selection.

Good breakfast. Ok to walk around during the day. Not sure about at night. Booked transport to cruise terminal thru the hotel $10 per person. When we went down the next day, our names were written on the wrong time. Willie arranged two Ubers for our party of six at their expense. Great customer service!!!

The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and laid out. Loved the Art! And the color scheme! Breakfast was a little diffeeent everyday, with many choices in a lovely, large light filled room with various types of seating. The TV didn’t dominate. Pool & spa (!) area also varied seating choices and elegant except for the views. You could take your breakfast out there in the Florida sunshine! In a.m. it was peaceful and quiet. Staff were super nice!

Just that it was farther than I thought from where we were going and traffic from Art Week was like L.A.: horrendous!

Location (nearby shops and restaurants, relatively close to downtown by car), cleanliness, size and comfort of the soundproofed bedroom located on the 10th floor. Employees were attentive and provided an efficient service for guests.

Housekeeping only made every other day, to the detriment of guest comfort/value for money : In case Front desk is busy, be prepared for a treasure hunt of must items like T.P. and ice cube bags, among the 11 floors. Breakfast has no visible alternatives like dairy free and/or GF options. Disposable plastic cutlery, paper cups and polystyrene plates is not only unpleasant but highly polluting. Depending on the product (salty and sweet) quality fluctuated from poor to average.

Free shuttle from airport and a van to take you to the port for $10 per person. Great room and a great free breakfast.

I like that the hotel is located in an area where there are shopping close by. The staff is nice and there is continental breakfast and a shuttle to the airport.

There was some issue with the access to your room, so the staff had to let you into your room, but over all my stay was great as always.

We stayed here during a layover, the staff was nice and the morning staff was very accommodating. The bus was full to go to the airport and she was able to get us an uber.

When I lifted the toilet cap to use the restroom there was pubic hair on the seat and done in the shower. We did not use the shower for that reason and luckily I travel with disinfectant wipes. Could’ve just been our room
