Front desk staff was very accommodating, pleasant and polite. She answered all questions and very patient. The room was clean and bed comfortable. I like the 12 p.m. check-out, breakfast, and shuttle service to Miami Airport. The location was close to restaurants and airport. Didn't know they provided shuttle service to the Miami Port Cruise Terminal, only found out afterwards.

Sent 2 emails with questions to the property prior to visit and only received one response. I booked through Booking.com, so I'm not sure if this was a mistake on Booking or the hotel. I asked about transportation to the Miami Port (Cruise) Terminal and received no response. I found out after arriving to the property that shuttle service is provided to Port of Miami for a small fee.

this is the perfect location if you are going on a cruise. you have a stores and restaurants right across the street. this is my second stay and I plan to book this hotel when we go on the next cruise. Breakfast was very good as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating as well. rooms are very roomy and comfy.

Good breakfast. Ok to walk around during the day. Not sure about at night. Booked transport to cruise terminal thru the hotel $10 per person. When we went down the next day, our names were written on the wrong time. Willie arranged two Ubers for our party of six at their expense. Great customer service!!!

Very close ( 5 minutes walk) to Publix Supermarkt, Burlington, Walgreens, CVS & restaurants like San Juan Cuban restaurant, Mc Donald's, Wendy's, Burger King.

The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated and laid out. Loved the Art! And the color scheme! Breakfast was a little diffeeent everyday, with many choices in a lovely, large light filled room with various types of seating. The TV didn’t dominate. Pool & spa (!) area also varied seating choices and elegant except for the views. You could take your breakfast out there in the Florida sunshine! In a.m. it was peaceful and quiet. Staff were super nice!

Just that it was farther than I thought from where we were going and traffic from Art Week was like L.A.: horrendous!

Location (nearby shops and restaurants, relatively close to downtown by car), cleanliness, size and comfort of the soundproofed bedroom located on the 10th floor. Employees were attentive and provided an efficient service for guests.

Housekeeping only made every other day, to the detriment of guest comfort/value for money : In case Front desk is busy, be prepared for a treasure hunt of must items like T.P. and ice cube bags, among the 11 floors. Breakfast has no visible alternatives like dairy free and/or GF options. Disposable plastic cutlery, paper cups and polystyrene plates is not only unpleasant but highly polluting. Depending on the product (salty and sweet) quality fluctuated from poor to average.

Free shuttle from airport and a van to take you to the port for $10 per person. Great room and a great free breakfast.

This is my go-to hotel for overnight. I pick it, because of a free reliable shuttle service to and from Miami International Airport; efficient, helpful and friendly staff, and the convenience of walking about to find restaurant options, a supermarket, a CVS Pharmacy, a Burlington and more.

I like this hotel. Whenever it is affordable, I pick it first for an overnight, when I am intransit in Miami for business.

Nice room, which was clean. Bed was comfy. The pool area was enjoyable with enough chairs/tables. Breakfast was good.

Just some miscommunication about the airport shuttle. The email I received from the hotel had a link to see a picture of the shuttle but the link went to the overall hotel site without a picture of the shuttle, so we diligently inspected every shuttle that passed by before missing ours, after waiting over an hour Frustrating!

I love this Hampton Inn at Blue Lagoon in Miami, and try to stay there every time we pass through. The staff at this hotel is friendly, efficient and most helpful to me and my family. The shuttle bus drivers are equally simpáticos! Reception area is pleasant. Breakfast is ample and all we need. It is very convenient to us to cross over to Publix, Burlington and Walgreens, since we live abroad. But every single time, what I love most is the Staff! Congratulations!
