We tried to take the airport shuttle and contacted the hotel in advance. They told us to call or text them when we arrived at the airport, which we did. However, we could nit get hold of them- neither via text nor phone. We waited at the airport for an hpur and saw all other hotels' shuttles go by. In the end we took a really expensive taxi as we were really tired. When we confronted the clerk, he just pointed at the phone and said he would have answered if it had rung. However, we used the number they had given us and we always ended up in their automatic answering system- so we are sure our calls went through. Apart from this we were happy, however. :)

Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a dozen trips to states over years - Spanish chef Blueberries papaya yoghurt wholemeal bread all healthy Hams and cheeses as well as cooked breakfast - scrambled egg moist and very yellow

The carpets in the room and communal areas were damp and musty I was informed they were being changed to wooden floors with new management But otherwise excellent hotel

Breakfast - much better than expected. The person in charge was working hard to make it work, and it makes a real difference. It was a great breakfast. The airport shuttle - after a lot of misinformation from the phone service, the shuttle was there, and the driver was very helpfull. He informed that the shuttle runs every 30mins 24h a day, while the phone information attendand said it would stop at 10pm.

The customer information phone service. They said they could not let the hotel staff know it would be a late check-in, because it was a booking reservation and they could not add notes to this type of reservation. And they informed that the shuttle would not be running at 2am, when we arrived at the airport. By luck, we saw the bus when looking for a taxi.

Great location, super close by the airport & Miami Beach. Confy beds and spacious rooms; super clean and tidy. Staff was lovely and efficient.

Only one main light in the room; no bed lights. Only 2 towels provided for 4 people; o my 1 power socket. Room is not completely soundproof so you can hear a bit of the car noises outside. P

Everything about this hotel is good. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the convenient location just 6 mins away from the airport. We had restaurants at a walking distance and the car rental was pretty close to us as well. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Most staff was extremely nice and they have a buffet restaurant that we really liked. Some reservations include breakfast and some do not. We had to pay for it but it was a great value.

The only thing that I didn't like was the attitude of the person working at the lobby early morning around 4:30 when we were checking out. When we arrived, he checked us in and he didn't seem to be interested in listening to our questions pretending to be busy in his computer and also when we left, he didn't seem to be in the mood to serve. He didn't even make eye contact and when I returned the key, he only said that's all. Not even a thank you for staying here or have a good trip. I guess it was too early for him hahaha. As for the rest, all staff was extremely nice and helpful and one of them, the girl at the restaurant went the extra mile and we got her a tip.

The hotel overall is very nice, and the 'free' shuttle is a big bonus. If you overstayed in the parking lot there is a possibility to prolong it IF you talk to the staff. The fact that we were able to store our luggage for free the second day until we took the shuttle. Also the room was very nice.

The fact that the parking lot has a 30 minutes free parking time. And that there is no free parking after that. I am almost sure that when I booked the room there was breakfast included but we found out that morning that there wasn't any. And we had to pay extra. The fact that the driver of the 'free' shuttle was asking for 'gratuities' when you get dropped off, and he actually expected to be paid, not just 'asked'. I was lucky I had a few dollars left from our trip. That is the USA for you.

The shuttle service was excellent in getting to and from the airport for the Metro. The staff were all courteous, professional and super helpful. The restaurant and bar offered good food options. The location is excellent. It's right outside the airport and movies, shopping, and other restaurants are within 3 or less blocks. The hotel smells amazing! Excellent parking. Beautiful pool area.

No microwave in room. No iron in room. Steamer is provided instead. Almost no counter space in bathroom. No mirror at desk area I could do hair and makeup outside bathroom. The AC/heat unit was not good at regulating temperature. The breakfast buffet was not refilled after a certain time and food options were limited or non- existent. Coffee was not hot. Breakfast was $21 per person so I expected more. If you arrive early, it's fine. But between 10 and 11 a.m. was not good.

this place truly was better then i expected. we needed it for a night in between flights. its super close to the airport but still it wasn't noisy at all as you would think. the lobby is very nice and updated. the room had good beds and a great TV screen. there is a great target store 5 minutes away that is very helpful for travelers. the room also has a very cute balcony with a nice view. And a bathtub not a shower which is amazing if you have kids with you. overall we had a great short stay.

the corridor was a bit smelly but really not such a big deal.

I loved the HOT water. A lot of places don’t have hot enough water.

I heard music from near by …rooms aren’t very well insulated as you could hear doors slamming and others’ conversations. They only had one working elevator due to renovations. Luckily my stay wasn’t during high traffic/check out time as that might have been an issue.

Clean, modern room with large and very comfortable bed. Adjustable fan speed on the AC. It was only a transit stopover for me, so that was mainly what I wanted. The shuttle was reliable, the drivers friendly and helpful. I didn't use any other facilities except wi-fi, but the place has a well-managed feel about it.

The restaurant was closed at ten, though they were very helpful in rustling up a salad for me when I arrived too late. I noticed that - having booked and committed - the room rate had dropped substantially when I next looked at the property. If I stayed there again I would make a cancellable booking to have the option of cancelling and re-booking in such circumstances. The wi-fi is fast enough for normal use but is unsecured.
