Great location near Miami airport. In case you dont have a car you can either use their shuttle service or literally walk out and take additional means of transport at the intermodal center (mover to the airport, trains, buses, metrolink...) which is very close just across the street. Their staff is extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable.

An outstanding one-night stay. All staff were extremely friendly. I had an upgrade to the club floor, which allowed for great snacks and a good breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable, quite nicely updated. I also arrived on a Thursday, when they had a lobby reception with complimentary cocktails. Staff at the pleasant restaurant and bar were also great. And the location near the airport was extremely convenient: not only do they operate a free, frequent shuttle from the terminal, but the hotel is also just across the street from the MIA Mover and Metro station. For someone flying in and out of Miami, it's hard to image a better option.

We stayed at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel just for one night before our flight, and it was perfect for what we needed. The location couldn’t be better — only about 5 minutes from the airport with a convenient free shuttle bus that runs frequently. Check-in and check-out were both super quick and efficient, which was great after a long day of travel. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep before our early departure. Overall, a stress-free and enjoyable stay, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever we need to be near Miami Airport.

I have stayed over the years approximately 37 times at the Hotel with several of those stays exceeding 8 days at a time, Accessibility, parking, cleanliness, politeness, courteousness and professionalism of staff always. My family and I for many years this has been our favourite hotel, we enjoyed the meals, especially breakfast, parking, security and safety. Thank you Sheraton for always making me feel at home regardless which country I travelled, Sheraton is my choice hotel

Unable to think of anything at this time

The perfect thing for us was location, right across from the Car Rental Center where we picked up a car early the next morning. The elevators acted strangely. You pressed „up“ and it went down and vice versa. Friendliness of staff has diminished, nobody seemed to feel inclined to take our luggage to the room. Had to get a cart ourselves and do the hard work after a long flight, same thing the next morning. Toiletries have been reduced too, e.g. no more facial wipes. We are likely to look for alternative accommodation next time we fly to Miami.

The hotel was extremely clean, with very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The gift shop has a huge variety of practical items to choose from along with snacks and tea and coffee etc. Was too cold for us to use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean and well taken care of.

I would say our only complaint, which was quickly taken care of and rectified by the staff, is that our bathtub was clogged. We notified the front desk of the issue and no more than 5 minutes later the issue was resolved.

I got lucky and I was chosen to be guest of the day. One free drink and access to the lounge (10th floor). The lounge had snacks and breakfast. Nice little treat. Very convenient location if you need to spend a night at/near the airport. I walked to the hotel. 10min total time. Take the MIA mover train to the rental car terminal. Follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take the elevator to ground level. Walk towards hotel - one pedestrian crossing with traffic light. Aprox 200m walk from the elevator. Very easy. Of course there is a shuttle - I just prefered to walk...no waiting for shuttles. Previous commenters seemed to have problems. Nice restaurant downstairs. Clean rooms.

Too far away to walk to other restaurants or shops. Room smelled a little. Earplugs were needed because of the noise of starting airplanes

the location is perfect when you have booked flights in extreme times

Somewhat old-fashioned. I have known the property for many years and, in my opinion, it has not been updated to modern times

I must make mention of FABIOLA from Haiti at the réception who was particularly welcoming. She really set me up for a great though short stay from the offset. Thank YOU to her!!!! Also I enjoyed the variety offered in the breakfast spread.

The noise of the AC which I switched off to sleep. A slight creaking on the left bed in room 711. Found a clothing item which didnt being to me on the floor behind the desk in my room.

Breakfast, dinner and restaurant staff were great. We had an issue twice with Jennifer Lopez at the front desk. She could not seem to get our room key cards correctly programmed for 10th floor lounge access. We had to go to the desk three times to get it corrected. The second time I actually asked her if it was set up correctly and she said “Yes” but it did not work .
