There was no telephone in the room. How could one possibly call for service without a telephone. I thought that was poor. Breakfast has changed tremendously for the worst. The location is good, that's why I chose it. Next door is the Hampton, where the service is better. There seems to be a new management every time I live at Laquinta East.

Room was great! Had everything we needed for our short stay (we had a 12 hour layover between flights). Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and even a lazy boy! Bed was comfy. Had really nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower too! Conveniently had an airport shuttle and was only eight minutes away from MIA. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so helpful and funny! Please give him a raise! :)

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Facilities are nice and it was convenient that you had a shuttle to the pier for cruisers like us. We count on that. We also appreciated getting "breakfast" on the lobby floor - we look forward to getting waffles. Yum yum yummy. We appreciate that there was an individual checking off our room number before we entered the breakfast room to make sure only hotel guests were eating there. We stay at LaQuinta every time we come to Miami to cruise because of the value we receive.

Since the hotel was full, there were a lot of people getting their "breakfast" in the morning and was rather crowded. But that is to be expected.

The airport was reasonably close, but I had to drive to drop off my rental car. The breakfast was great, with a good, was excellent and the service was exceptional. The guest staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Amanlys and Melinda, these two young ladies represented La Quinta by delivering excellent customer care, kindness, and genuine hospitality. If ever I am back in the Miami area they would be the reason I would return to the La Quinta! Honorable mention also goes to my housekeeper too, who embarrassingly I have forgotten her name.

Reception staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size, clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is positioned conveniently close to the airport. So, the hotel ticks all boxes for a 1-2 nights stay before/ after a flight.

The lady working at the breakfast bar didn't speak any English and unfortunately she was not friendly at all (I would even say she was rude). The best advise would probably be to avoid her and don't let her change the overall opinion about the hotel.

The bed in the room is small for 3 people, they could offer a room with two beds... The fridge motor in the room makes a lot of noise, I had to turn it off There was no liquid body soap, the pot was empty There was no peanut butter for breakfast as a tradition at the La Quinta hotel The reception bathroom door doesn't close properly,

The stuff and everything looks clean I can’t complain about it it was perfect for my stay i definitely recommend.. super good hotel and the most important thing my room was so clean and confortable

The pool was nice just cold 🙁 other than that everything was perfect 😊

Room was neat and tidy. The bed was comfortable. I liked the linoleum floors. Continental Breakfast. Staff was helpful

Pass Keys to room did not work on the first go round Only one key worked on the second go round. Not near restaurants for dinner.

Close to the airport. Free shuttle to airport. Free parking. Clean inside and had a decent breakfast. Staff was nice. It's what you would expect. There was a pool which was small but warm.

Because it's so close to airport it was super loud with planes leaving, but that's to be expected.
