My room was basic but adequate for my needs . It was very clean, the bed was super comfy , the shower was excellent and my room had a coffee machine and coffee. I could also get ice to keep my beer and soft drinks cold at no extra cost! The staff were absolutely fantastic especially Danielle, nothing was too much trouble! There was also adequate public transport into town. Also there's plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, the Latino bar across the street was a hoot, also there is a bar diner liquor store two blocks away, where the food was excellent I think it was called Airport liquor store.

it's a good basic hotel. the free breakfast is a little skimpy but at least it's something.

my room was very tight. there was not enough space. there was a desk for me to use my laptop. but there are no drawers or anything to store clothes or a closet. it is unusually small. this matter because I was there for at least 3 days but I think four. overall I would recommend this hotel based on value. but it could be better. it's sort of a toss-up. the staff is friendly and I had no real problems staying here. other than the room being very small.

We liked to location, front office worker was focused for her job and was good, room was enough good. After breakfast sit at the garden and drink tea, listen to birds.

I choosed the hotel for pick up shuttle but It did not come during 2.5 hours between 8 pm and 10.30 pm which hotel shared to us as a shuttle time. I called the number what they shared to me for calling but there was no answer excluding telesecretary. I paid for Uber unfortunately. But facility management team found a solution after that thanks.

Everything great location near the airport . I am handicapped but that didn’t let me not enjoy my visit to Miami the staff was very prompt to help specially the lady from the dinning room she made my meal every morning and was always helpful couldn’t do it without her . I wish were more people like that in this planet . Aldo I forgot items in my room and were safe secured until a friend retrieved them later . So happy I chose this hotel and I will be back always to the same one and I will recommend it to many of my relatives and friends when they visit the area .

I would of given it a 10+ because everything is amazing, but there Breakfast is not good, my friend went for BF and ran into cereal, and bread, nothing else, so thats why I choose a 9, because BF is important. I felt in love with the natural atmosphere deck area they have between both buildings. There is some construction going on but it doesn't hurt the stay, the parking, or the image of the hotel. The shower is a bit small but is beautiful and simple. The TV options are great watch some pretty good movies... The facility is well kept and clean, and staff are nice, respectful, and attentive.

But I still loved this place the bed is awesome. Love the free breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty good. However I think so much carbs or only carbs to consume can create a problem for some. I liked it but some bacon or sausage or fresh variety fruits is needed. And the bathroom is great but the shower doors are a problem. When you shower the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor even if you close the shower door creating a problem for me. I had to soak it each time with my clothes. No bueno.

The location is perfect for me and work

The front entrance is dangerous The front doormats roll easily and got stuck in the wheels of my suitcase. Also, there's no automatic doors so if you have two suitcases, it's very hard and the front desk staff was sitting right there and watching me struggle didn't bother to move. They weren't too friendly with English speakers, but I'm used to that in Miami.

Practical, comfortable and clean. Location and parking. Garden and outside area even though rained most of stay so couldn't enjoy. Restaurant across the street was excellent. Had snacks and items avail

No amenities (i.e microwave, fridge). Said had bath but no bath. Breakfast was very basic, all bread. Room right next to trash dump/noisy very early in the morning.

The room was really comfortable. The proximity to the airport. The bed was too comfortable

There is a lack of variety in breakfast and in the time I was there they cleaned only 2 times, I even had to insist that they clean my room and even so the bathroom was left dirty

Great little place if you are only staying one night , very close to airport with a free shuttle service to or from the airport . Plenty of local places to eat especially Toms sports bar about 1/4 mile walk away . Inclusive breakfast included make your own waffles . Only downside was air con in room a little noisy.
