Friendly staff, very clean and well located for airport.

Nothing really, probably only comment that the airport shuttle only once/hour.

Great size suite, with comfortable bed and sofa seating in the living room. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room service was good. The bar/restaurant was very good, with excellent tasty food and good service. My husband liked the fitness center. Great location for the airport.

The room had a lot of road noise! Made it very difficult to sleep. The air conditioning unit had no option to leave the fan on continuously, so we had to set the temperature very low in order for it to stay on, so room was freezing! Really need triple pane glazing on the windows facing the heavily trafficked road. Would only stay at this hotel again if we had a room at the back of the building.

We did not eat breakfast. We had to be at the airport by 5:30 am.

The airport shuttle is a joke. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle. When you advertise that you have a free airport shuttle, you should also state that it runs on the hour. We saw shuttles from other hotels near your hotel and they were running continuously. Then it cost me $40 for a tai in the morning because your shuttle doesn't start until 6 am. The lady at the desk said that the hotel only uses Yellow cab. The cab that was called for us in the morning was not a yellow cab. I'm guessing that it was someone that the young gentleman that was manning the front desk in the morning has an arrangement with.

I like the convenience from the airport I like the friendliness I like the cleanliness I like the shower I like the room safe and the bed/bedding I did not try breakfast, but I like the free coffee in the lobby I like the Pilot House

The shuttle is useless every hour on the hour. If you miss it at the airport, you have to wait an hour for it to come back around. Since the hotel is 10-15 minutes from the airport, why not run the shuttle continuously? What good is the van sitting in the driveway? I do NOT like the fact that the TV is not a smart TV. Can't get to use my Netflix, Prime, or Apple TV accounts. That alone may cause me to look for another location.

Shuttle to airport , close to airport, quiet , modern, good price

There was nothing open late at night to eat or drink. 10 pm and the bar and restaurant were closed. No jacuzzi after a long miserable flight. Pool was located in the very front of hotel by the door and parking lot. Noisy and not relaxing due to cars and street noise . Odd place to have a pool on the very front by hotel entrance and facing parking lot. Took too long to check in. Smelled weed in the lobby. The bottle of lotion bolted to wall by sink in bathroom was supposed to be lotion but they mistakenly put hair conditioner so I had no lotion to use after my shower .

This hotel was in an excellent location if you want to be close to the airport for a next day departure, or a stopover. The rooms were large, modern and clean! The bathrooms were surprisingly the same and very spacious. They have an excellent restaurant on their 6th floor called the "Pilot House" with an outdoor balcony area for dining and it overlooks Miami International. The price of this hotel was half of what we paid to be 2 blocks from Miami beach where honestly, we found ourselves to be very disappointed in the accommodations. If you're a family on a budget and have a car, this is an excellent choice for a stay and you can just drive to whatever, or wherever you want in the Miami beach area.

We were there a full day and a half. We had a lot of time to spare before our flight the next day. We thought we could get in some last minute sightseeing nearby, etc. The staff although very friendly, was not at all knowledgeable, or informative regarding places close by of interest or areas nearby we could visit during our stay. That was really disappointing to us.

I’m a little hotel snob sadly but don’t worry here it will not disappoint once you arrive .

This really did cheese me off and I’d recommend get a taxi from the airport to the hotel and save the pain and get the uber . Forget the Uber cost believe you’d pay double rather than wait outside a chaotic departure point and people fighting to be first on the transfer bus . It is absolute chaos once you exit the airport building with little guidance from the hotel or airport , chaos . The shuttle operates once an hour which seems silly to me as you’re paying the guy to drive and at least break it to 30 mins as 1 hr is to long . It almost broke me and I’ve the patience of saint nowadays . Hotel fab 10-10 Shuttle service 0-10 Cmon guys don’t ruin the hotel and experience over a shuttle . I must of seen every other hotel shuttle twice before the Wyndham gardens one arrived .

Liked how close it was to airport

The shuttle that ran to the airport was only offered to take you every hour, and there was no sign up sheet to organize who signed up first. I was the first person downstairs for shuttle a little after 6 am waiting for the 7 am shuttle and was toldby front desk only way to guarantee a spot for my 6 people was I had to take ALL my luggage and have all 6 people wait outside for it. A simple sign up would have taken care of this, AND when that busy in the morning, the shuttle should run every 30 minutes, not hourly. I paid good money to stay here, so I should not have been treated rudely regarding the shuttle. The rest was great!

The location was perfect for our short stay. Convenient. Close to malls and eateries. Spacious room. Loved the bathroom.
