That it's quiet. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday unless you don't want them to. Room has a microwave and mini refrigerator with freezer compartment, cabinets with a kitchen sink and countertop(kitchenette) . Also has a lot of closet space with doors. 2 to be exact. Smart tv and free WiFi!!! Front desk staff are very nice and understanding. Excellent customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It's cheap but it's worth more than the money you pay. No deposit. No extra fees each day you stay. No problems with booking more time online if you want an extension and there's no extra fees for that either.

I absolutely like everything about it. Less than 5 minutes from local transit. Laundromart across the street, Burger King across the street. 2 gas stations less than a minute walk away. Pizza hut and McDonald's less than 10 minutes walking distance.

Check in / out was easy. It was close to the airport and was reasonably priced as I just needed to overnight before an early AM flight. While the outside look of the property may not seem great, the room itself was wonderful. Recently updated, well enough appointed, and comfortable. Parking was easy too.

It was a 2-bedroom room, with a complete kitchen, which was really practical. There was a spacious closet in the suite, an iron and an ironing board. Comfortable beds. The parking spot is free. Free Wi-Fi. No breakfast. There are restaurants in the neighborhood and it is 5 minutes away from and to Miami International Airport.

Everything was OK.

The Parkway check-in was fast, friendly, & efficient. The room was minimalist but clean and large (Family suite was reserved). Parking was easy and it is convenient to MIA.

I do not expect anything better can be expected of this hotel as it is a "value" property in my opinion. The only thing I will say is that there were two "bedrooms" and only one A/C unit and one TV in one "bedroom". An A/C unit and TV in each "bedroom" would be ideal.

Convenient location from & to the airport. Loved the tavern across the street. Comfortable beds and that's what we only really needed,

The air conditioner was loud and did not quite effectively cool the room.

The room had a fridge and a Microwave. Would be nice to have a plate and set of cutlery.

The internet needs to be upgraded. It was really slow and spotty

My stay was very good. Facilities were clean and it's in a great location. I started getting too comfortable on the second night. It was good for my short business stay.

It was very clean, the bed was super nice and the AC was great!

The bathroom could have a better toilet seat, since the one on the room was too low for my liking and the curtains were not that private nor provided too much shade.

I love the place I can go for walks and stroll around.

I didn't like how I had to pay a lot of money every day out of my pockets and start contacting coworkers for money which I hate doing so horribly.
