Location is very near to the airport but downtown little far… breakfast was amazing n loved it

Room was clean , comfortable and big with a nice view. Shower was ok, not so much water pressure. Airport was close by, but you need a car or uber to get there. They offer breakfast, but I had an early flight and couldn’t have it. Check in and check out was easy. Their Staff were very nice and friendly and had good recommendation for a restaurant.

The transfer shuttle from airport would be a great idea. Every hotel offered shuttle at airport except Hyatt. The hotel doesn’t have an actual lobby desk and the person in coffee shop can also check you in. It’s fine , but not so formal as we have seen in other Hyatt hotels. Thank you we had a good time.

Very clean room ,spacious for 1 person because I had 4 beds and a sofa ,close to the airport ,good breakfast , friendly staff .

I couldn’t control the temperature because I turned air-condition off but the ventilation was still on during the night with cold air entering the room . I woke up with a sore throat and dry mouth. It was easy to access with public transportation from the airport but so difficult to reach the airport from the hotel because it was impossible to access the bus station due to highways around . But still there is an option to get a taxi and Uber that cost only 9-12 dollars .

I wanted to first Thank the staff. Who competence to their job was on point. From the check in process to my stay. My stay has by far exceed expectation. Sorry I can’t remember you guys name, but you all are awesome and deserve it all. You were respectful, polite, if I asked for anything was done. It was my kids first time traveling and they favorite things was the attractions and breakfast they received that was also a plus it was included. With little that’s amazing feeling to almost feel at home and run down to get your kids some oatmeal, or waffle bacon or sausage with potatoes. The spread was prepared well with different things on the menu each day. I was also offered a membership upon arrival, which I immediately accepted, due to the perks and how well one was educated about the membership.

The downfall I would say is they clean the room every 3 days. So if you was someone like myself who stayed 3 nights the would get clean after I leave. I like clean sheets everyday. My trash changed exspecailly with kiddos

Room was nice and comfortable for a family of 5. Parking was not expensive compared to other hotels. Location was just fine for us, near the airport, less than 20 to downtown and around 30 to Miami beach. Breakfast was good. Used the gym once and it’s just ok if you want a quick mini workout. My kids enjoyed the pool. The lady that checked us in the first day was very kind and friendly.

Room needs better cleaning. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Sheets had blood stains. Floor in our room looked like they haven’t vacuum for months. We stayed for 7 days and were told that they were going to change sheets and clean the room every 3 days and never happened. Had to call several times for towels and clean sheets. I asked for shuttle service the night before we left and the man at the front desk was very rude saying that they didn’t offer that service when I think I read about it before booking and also saw the van in front of the building a couple times.

Very close to the airport. Small pool (with complimentary towels) to let the kids have a splash around after a long flight. Shower was hot and powerful. Toiletries were very nice. You can only gain entrance to the hotel by using your room key which felt safe. Coffee machine was easy to use. Lots of storage space. Blackout blinds. Air con was excellent. Room was modern and clean with comfy beds.

Guests waking us up at 3am with kids screaming and crying in the hallways for half an hour. Bathroom door was loud as it was a sliding door made of frosted glass. Bathroom door also had no lock. Breakfast was VERY basic.

Spacious room in hotel close to airport. Perfect for a one night stay. Good facilities. Small things to eat upon late arrival from airport.

No shuttle service to the airport. It costs me $20 from the hotel to the car rental at the airport (a 5 min ride). Too much waste at breakfast. Only glasses for juice and proper cups for coffee. The rest was all waste - plates, cups and cutlery. In this day and ages there should be a minimum of waste. And if there is any waste, than it should be recycled.

Conveniently located close to Miami airport, plane spotting was great fun for kids. Room was ok, but much overpriced for what it offers.

Breakfast is very basic, the dining room very crowded, and it is outrageous that they only provide plastic single use plates and ustensils. Its a huge environmental impact, and would expect more upscale serving from any Hyatt brand

The shower door need to be repaired cuz it opened by itself, I had to put my flips to hold it in. The shower itself was uncomfortable. Aside that, everything was good. When we got to the hotel, there was a card reader at the entrance. Since, we didn't had the card we couldn't enter the hotel until someone enter. So, our entry was kinda hard for sure. And, the lobby we couldn't find it either. Later, we discover that it was right one floor down us. We were so confused.
