This hotel was great, comfortable for the short stay. That young lady that got us our room I will never forget you. If you only know what you did for us. We had just drove from Tennessee came in early morning not knowing we wouldn't of been able to get a room at that time. So we slept in our car. At eight oclock we went to see how we would be accommodated and again no rooms was ready until check in time. So what we did went right there to Dennys got some breakfast and waited in our car until check in. Dennys was dang goooooooood. Your staff did take our number to contact us if the room became available before check in. Which it did. She was trying to contact us but because of my phone service she couldn't get me. But we went with the hope that the room was ready which it was I was beyond greatful. You asked the young lady I didnt get her name but I took her hand and began to thank her so much. Listen when you just need to get in a shower and lay down you would know the feeling. I felt like Mary that night there was no room in the inn. I thank you to your staff. Im forever greatful forever greatful. Room was really nice really nice. Thank you front Desk.

Just the bathroom was small.

I chose your property bc of the availability of the shuttle from the airport and to my cruise port but was not able to use that service. That was frustrating.

Breakfast and staff were good. Staff member was very helpful and our room was good for a family.

The biggest issue was getting to the hotel from the airport. The shuttle service runs until midnight and we are not American citizens so we don't have a US phone which is required to call the hotel. Our flight arrived at 11:30 pm and it was only because a very kind person allowed us to use their phone at the airport that we were able to make contact and get the shuttle. If you don't get the shuttle with three small children you aren't going to get a ride with Uber or a taxi because thy can't fit you in and they don't have the required seats which means you're going to be at the airport all night with infants. there should be a better system.

The shuttle service pick up from the airport was slow and by the time it came it was too full so my group opted an Uber after over an hour wait. Once at the hotel everything was fine. The employee working the check-in was great. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. There were a lot of people coming and going and she was friendly and welcoming. The room was a standard hotel room. It was clean and perfectly fine for our one night stay. This is definitely a hotel used for people going on cruises. The shuttle to the cruise port was great. The area around the hotel doesn’t have a lot to do but there are a couple restaurants in walking distance that are good.

The place was spotless, Hot breakfast was great, shuttle pick me up at the airport (every hour), next day shuttle also take me to cruise port, arrange with driver to pick me up when we arrived back, only $10 to take me back to hotel, then in the afternoon shuttle took me back to the airport... This people make my life so easiest and simple that week for me and my wife to have fun... Also there is a good bar and rest (Old Toms) open day and Night, only 2 blocks away (highly recommended).

The location was excellent. Very close to the airport and not far at all from The Cruise Port. The staff also was very nice and welcoming. Can't forgot the Free Shuttle from the Airport and to the Cruise Port.

I pre-paid for my room in full at booking but later an extra charge for "phone" appeared on my card. I asked why and they said that was included. I didn't use the phone and had already paid all of my charges so that didn't make sense to me. It was only $2 so I didn't argue about it but I have no idea what that $2 charge was for especially since I had already paid for my room.

*Very good mattress to sleep. *Good Breakfast included. Was very convenient in am. *Has Airport Shuttle to & from Miami Airport. *Has Big bus shuttle to take tourist to Port of Miami to take your cruise. Excellent customer service. Hotel was very clean. Has a pool & gym room. For dinner there are restaurants walking distance from Hotel, like Cuban food Restaurant which was very good. There is a Subway & Market close by for snacks & drinks. There are other Latin food restaurants close by. The hotel also has a Snack Shop.

The hotel had in the room advertising a pitzza place. Upon arrival in our room and because we were hungry we ordered a meal. It wasn’t bad it was terrible and twice the price for delivery. I called the restaurant owner and told him that the food was terrible. That I had t throw it away. He began arguing and I hanged up the phone. The hotel shouldn’t sponsor such places .

It was a wonderful stay. Nice cool rooms, great complimentary breakfast.

The shuttle driver was amazing, super skillful, but we waited an hour at the airport, and even called several times. Finally she said she would tell him that our party of 7 was still waiting. When he showed up, he had no ideal we had been waiting, but was happy to fit us aboard. BTW, he has made skills stacking that luggage. He needs a raise.
