It was clean, convenient and affordable.

I chose your property bc of the availability of the shuttle from the airport and to my cruise port but was not able to use that service. That was frustrating.

The shuttle service pick up from the airport was slow and by the time it came it was too full so my group opted an Uber after over an hour wait. Once at the hotel everything was fine. The employee working the check-in was great. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. There were a lot of people coming and going and she was friendly and welcoming. The room was a standard hotel room. It was clean and perfectly fine for our one night stay. This is definitely a hotel used for people going on cruises. The shuttle to the cruise port was great. The area around the hotel doesn’t have a lot to do but there are a couple restaurants in walking distance that are good.

The location was excellent. Very close to the airport and not far at all from The Cruise Port. The staff also was very nice and welcoming. Can't forgot the Free Shuttle from the Airport and to the Cruise Port.

I pre-paid for my room in full at booking but later an extra charge for "phone" appeared on my card. I asked why and they said that was included. I didn't use the phone and had already paid all of my charges so that didn't make sense to me. It was only $2 so I didn't argue about it but I have no idea what that $2 charge was for especially since I had already paid for my room.

Was very convenient in am. *Has Airport Shuttle to & from Miami Airport. *Has Big bus shuttle to take tourist to Port of Miami to take your cruise. Excellent customer service. Hotel was very clean. Has a pool & gym room. For dinner there are restaurants walking distance from Hotel, like Cuban food Restaurant which was very good. There is a Subway & Market close by for snacks & drinks. There are other Latin food restaurants close by. The hotel also has a Snack Shop.

The hotel had in the room advertising a pitzza place. Upon arrival in our room and because we were hungry we ordered a meal. It wasn’t bad it was terrible and twice the price for delivery. I called the restaurant owner and told him that the food was terrible. That I had t throw it away. He began arguing and I hanged up the phone. The hotel shouldn’t sponsor such places .

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Located right across from airport just a 7 minute drive away. A free shuttle runs daily to the cruise ship terminal and the airport.

The mattress on the sleeper sofa could have been better.

Girl at Front desk doing check in when we arrived was NOT the least bit friendly. She barely spoke and when she did it was 1-2 sharp words.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good (though busy - go early). Free airport shuttle and free shuttle to the MIA cruise port.

The staff are put in a tough spot when it comes to the cruise port shuttle (free with night's stay). There are limited seats, and it definitely fills up. Staff handled the requests well, understanding how frustrating this can be for paid guests, but their hands were tied. It would be good to think about how to expand that offering, based on demand. It's one of the main reasons that we chose the hotel.

This is a great place to stay near the airport. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Their shuttle service sucks. We waited for an hour for their bus and after 5 phone calls to complain we gave up and got an Uber to the hotel. Their bus drivers lied to the hotel reception staff as they never came near the designated airport pick up point.
