The bed had a sunken mattress. I reserved a two-bed room; however, when I came to check-in, they DID NOT honor my specifics on reservation which made me VERY disappointed. I was told they did NOT have ANY two-bed rooms available AT AĹL. It was VERY late and I had no other choice nor reservations any place else. Extended Stay CAN AND SHOULD DO BETTER. I was told they "couldn't believe the system would've given me a type of room that was NOT available. I call it FALSE ADVERTISING!! They MUST DO BETTER THAN insinuating the CUSTOMER (ME) WAS LYING/MISTAKEN. After all, "THE CUSTOMER IS A-L-W-A-Y-S RIGHT"!!

Their system selling rooms that WERE NOT AVAILABLE UPON ARRIVAL!! YET I WAS STILL CHARGED THE TWO BED RATE!! TOTAL unacceptability to even T-R-Y to make things right for me regardless of the fact that THEY WERE WRONG A-L-L THE WAY AROUND.

The outside area and entrance to the hotel are clean and lit up well at night. When you walk in you see that the lobby is clean. All the hotel staff were very professional, courteous, and nicely dressed. Good size rooms that were clean, bigger than usual refrigerator and microwave, sink and cabinets. Although dishes and utensils were not in the room, you could get them from the front desk. I thought the beds were comfortable. There is a free continental breakfast. It consists of strong coffee, packaged oatmeal, assorted muffins that were dry, and hard-boiled eggs. Plenty of parking. Close to the airport, making it a great location for an overnight stay or if you have a long layover. Bryson's, a local Irish pub, was within walking distance. The food was good-try the wings (delish), sauces and specials are homemade, they have happy hour, reasonable prices, friendly staff.

There was a sign stating the pool was closed, that wasn't clear for how long. The water pressure in the shower could have been a little better. No ice machine, but they do have ice cube trays to make ice in the room. Otherwise, there is a gas station near by.

Rooms were large, with cooking facilities if needed, very clean and beds comfortable. Was booked last minute due to being scammed from previous accommodation booked. Location near the airport and was perfect just to have somewhere to put our heads down for 1 night before we went on a cruise. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It stated that breakfast was included, breakfast was just muffins and granola bars which isn’t really what I was expecting so a little disappointing.

Location was easy to get to and close to dining and shopping. We were leaving from the cruise port the following morning and it was a straight shot to the port.

We went down at 9am to see what was available for breakfast and there was cheese grits in a pot, no bowls to put them in. The staff went to a back room and brought some prepackaged muffins. Not like other places that had make it yourself waffles. The only drinks available were coffee and hot chocolate. Just not what I call a breakfast.

The property was clean inside and outside. The staff was great and helpful and it’s in the perfect location from the airport and the bed was comfortable

They only clean the rooms every 7 days and I stay for 6 days so I couldn’t get my room cleaned

The hotel was easy to find, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had constant heat. There was a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and air conditioning. Staff was extremely friendly, and the room was larger than expected. It felt more like a one-room apartment than a hotel room, and it was very quiet.

My only complaint is that the air conditioner was extremely loud – with periodic clanking noises. Since it's hot, FL weather, I left the air on anytime I was in the room. It took some adjusting to try to ignore the sound.

So that is my fourth time there was a little disturbed I was in room 100 i cou hear allwhat was going on in the upper room then i wore sock in my room the floor must not have mop for weeks that was the down side

Telephone wasn't working, even after they fixed it. also, it would be nice to let us know before hand that you had to pay a deposit, and how much, also that you provide a shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel and put it on the website, for all to see. I did message the location a few times but got no response.

Stayed one night, close to airport.

Upon check in, they had my reservation but not the room I reserved for 4 people. Fortunately it was rectified very quickly. The room doors would only work when they felt like it. Had to get door cards reprogrammed

Budget friendly. Appreciated use of the laundry room and that is was clean.

Wish there had been hot water for the tea bags and instant oatmeal. Hallway area extremely cold. Needs minor updating exterior, interior. Older building.
