Staff was extremely kind and responsive. Always interested in helping. Area has multiple restaurants and stores easily accessible without a car. We had rented at this hotel because it had a kitchen, but it turned out between the included breakfast and easy access to a variety of restaurants, we didn't need to use the kitchen.

Because of the water conserving shower head, the water pressure in the shower was really low. My hair is very dense and without a handheld option to concentrate the flow, the pressure was inadequate to wash my hair. If we had been staying more than 2 nights, I would have needed to go to a salon for a simple hair wash. Perhaps not a problem for many people, but significant for me.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and would stay again if I was stopping over in Miami. It is very close to the airport, so easy to access. This time, we took a taxi from the airport so we didn't have to wait for the shuttle. We did take the shuttle back to the airport, which was good. The room was good. The main bed is great - very big and comfortable. Useful to have a kitchen. We ate burgers at the restaurant for dinner and were very impressed. Food not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is really good!

The sofa bed in the family room is AWFUL. Not good for sleeping on, so not worth paying extra for the extra bed.

It was clean, they allowed us to store our luggage (group of 20) while we waited for our rooms ( early flight in) breakfast was nice,staff was nice. Was asked to sign up for their points at which o did and got a few perks. Stayed here two years before and glad to have picked this hotel a second time. Close to a few restaurants which we are ate at both walking distance. Close to a shopping center with several stores about 14 mins down a residential road very safe walk and very safe area. We enjoyed our stay! Several from our group enjoyed the on on site bar/restaurant and said it was good typical prices for a hotel bar. We stayed the night before cruise they have a 3rd party shuttle $15 pp that they helped arrange to port. Free shuttle from airport was great awesome driver!

his hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start the day. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, and I would be happy to return. However, I was disappointed to find that, despite staying in an apartment suite, there were no kitchen utensils provided for cooking. This was a letdown, as having the option to prepare simple meals would have enhanced our stay. In summary, while the hotel offers many positives, including its location and amenities, it would benefit from equipping the suites with basic kitchen utensils.

Room spacious. Bathroom bright and clean. Bed and bedding nice. No waiting for the lift. Lovely hot swimming pool. Breakfast plentiful and good choice if only there for one or two nights.

Room smelt slightly fusty when we first arrived. Pillows a bit lumpy. Too much plastic at breakfast. Waited 40 minutes for the courtesy bus at the airport but it came eventually.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very roomy with a comfortable bed and full kitchen. Close to the airport w free shuttle. Much quieter than being on the main street, but easily walk to restaurants and stores. The included breakfast buffet was good, a plus before leaving for the airport. I will definitely stay here again when I come thru Miami. It is a fine hotel, with a friendly staff, and I highly recommend it.

The only thing I missed was a hair dryer (although it might have been provided if I had called for it).

Breakfast was good...had many options to cater for all types of persons needs...I know some people may not like salt but I would have liked a bit of seasoning in food but it's not a deal breaker...would have like hot boiled eggs but I guess it was served cold...otherwise everything was amazing!

Cold boiled eggs and scramble egg could have had salt...maybe could have an option of both and that way u see what person's like.

Hotel was very close to the airport, but the shuttle was 40 min late picking us up but much better in dropping us off. We had a king bed suite which included a small kitchen. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room included a good buffet breakfast. There was light food from the bar for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though we did not have a car there was good parking. We did not have time to use the swimming pool or workout room. This was a stopover on our way home.

It was fine for what we needed

Everything was great from the employees to the comfort of the bed and linens. Great Amazon Policy, which made my life easier. Last but not least, the location is amazing, especially when returning to the aiport car rental return...which is right there!

The breakfast was not great! The Scrambled eggs were a bit overcooked and tasted too much like powder eggs + very little options as far as sides and meat next to the eggs! A good thing you don't pick your place based on the breakfast but on all the other criterias!
