2 Bedroom Apartment - excellent and spacious, Kitchen/Living Room area was a great size and had all the items that you could need for your stay, just like home. The Beds - very comfortable and large Breakfast - cold items and bakery goods were excellent. Also had an evening meal at Cane Fire Grill one of the adjoining hotels which was perfect after a long 10 hour flight just a short 1 minute walk from our hotel door. The staff/meal/service all excellent.

Breakfast - hot goods need a little improvement sausage muffin - the muffin was hard but this could have been at the end of the Breakfast serving and this wouldn't change our rating of the property.

Location near Multiplaza Mall, view from room, luggage scale in lobby, good sized room, vending machine, breakfast included.

Breakfast options and daily variety were limited, room door was left ajar one day by cleaner, hotel did not confirm if it was reported to housekeeping, security risk, busy roadways outside hotel impedes walkability in the area, no evening entertainment in hotel, showerhead needed to be checked due to excess water sprays.

Good location, clean, comfortable, great amenities in the room and friendly staff.

On our second morning, we came down for breakfast a few minutes before 10am and breakfast was over. The door was closed and no one offered to accommodate us even though it was not yet 10am. This was disappointing because we were checking out and looking forward to having breakfast before leaving.

Hotel was great. Only thing stay AWAY FROM WWW.BOOKING.COM BOOKING.COM ..has a horrible service..I had a problem (Hotel canceled my reservation for none payment, after Booking.com received my payment) it was difficult to get in touch with them...COMPANY IS NOT BASE IN THE USA..(IS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY)

The staff were wonderful and the free breakfast was elaborate and well stocked with everything you could want. The room was plenty big for four of us and a dog! The shuttle from the airport ran every 15 minutes so we barely had to wait at all. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Room, dinner, and Breakfast were all Great. As well as the Staff.

The only issue I had was communication on shuttle service to the cruise port. Was not a big deal took a taxi.

The two bedroom suite was just perfect for our group of five, with two bathrooms and just enough privacy. The breakfast buffet was also good value for money, and the front desk check in staff were extremely helpful and polite. The facilities were clean and smelled very fresh!

Breakfast was very good. Variety of items. Airport shuttle ran every 15 mins free of charge.

Parking fee sucked but every hotel does it now so I guess I understand.

I like the facilities. All you need is at your doorstep.

breakfast I did not have much of a choice. I request not to use pork in all hot food. but they did not accept my request

Overall the facilities and staff were great but....

At check we had an issue.. Went up to the assigned room open the door only to find a guess already in the room. In these day and age with everything going on this was a serious safety issue
