The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soft, and the pillows provided good support. The temperature was easy to adjust, and the air conditioning worked well. There was enough space to move around, and the lighting was warm and relaxing. Overall, it was a quiet and cozy place to rest. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The location was perfect for my purpose.

I didn’t like the bathroom sink. It wasn’t completely clean, and that made me feel uncomfortable. Also, parking is not included in the reservation price.

We were not aware of the construction on the 1st floor. We were staying on the 2nd floor, and the construction work started at about 8-8:30 am on a Saturday. My husband was trying to sleep in as he was not feeling well and woke up to the noise/vibration. If work is being done, an email should be sent to guests and block those rooms right above the construction area so they are not assigned to guests.

Room exceeded our expectations. Hotel location was a plus and overall the look of the hotel was that of a new hotel. Not sure if it has been recently remodeled.

Room service could be a little better. Room amenities (such as coffee and paper towels in the kitchen) were never replaced once they were used. For a long stay I would expected them to refill/renew/change every two days max.

When I arrived the front desk agent was very nice. The airport sent my luggage to another city so I was not having the best day but when I checked-in at the hotel, the agent told me that my room was upgraded. I didnt know what to expect but the room was great! The agent gave me toiletries for my stay at the hotel. My day turned around because of the great customer service provided during my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I have no complaints or concerns at this time. My stay at the hotel was great. Thank you for making my trip worth it.

Everything was clean the hotel itself and staff were amazing. The pictures gives it no justice, it’s much better in person. I love that everything was less than 20 minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again.

location felt very safe, lobby was gorgeous and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations as being one of the more affordable hotels in the area... would book again if ever returned to the area.

Parking was limited even though we paid for it. we were going to head out after we got back to the hotel late via uber and when we went to move our car there were three cars that started speeding towards our spot, we chose not to leave fearing not having a spot when we returned, if we have to pay for parking we should be guaranteed a spot, this was my only gripe.

Hotel was clean and new. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was intense on the 3rd floor.

Requested early check in when I booked. When I arrived, the front desk said it would cost an extra $50. I explained I'd stayed at Hiltons many times in the past and never had to pay a fee like this, and she responded "well, this hotel does things a little differently than other Hiltons." I ended up running errands and sitting in the lobby since I was turned off by her attitude and the fact that this fee was not disclosed up front or on their website. Parking was $15/day, and this is not an inner city location. Hotel is adjacent to a major hospital, so some emergency vehicle noise.

Location. Price and value for the money. Heated pool. Restaurant on site. Most rates include full breakfast. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is very clean.

Failure to disclose the additional amount they withhold for incidentals. Most hotels disclose a dollar amount they withhold in their booking page usually under "policies" or somewhere similar. That information is not provided here and is not on the Hilton app either. So the guest doesn’t find out until they check-in. Very deceptive on Hilton’s part.

great location, easy in and out, Starbucks downstairs is a plus.

paying for parking is the biggest downfall, Too many hotels very similar close by with no charge for parking.
