Breakfast- Provides many options to satisfy all tastes and preferences Room - Good facilities offered in room e.g. microwave and fridge; comfortable beds and lovely soft pillows; clean toilets and bath (Please note: a large magnifying mirror mounted on wall in the bathroom, for ladies making-up and men shaving would be a plus!) Facilities: Providing a washer and dryer in the hotel for guests' use would be an additional perk. Location - The hotel is well located, tucked in a quiet nook away from heavy traffic but yet within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Target, Best Buy, Michaels and Dadeland Mall are just steps away!

As referenced above: 1. There wasn't a laundry room available. Nowadays, with airlines charging extra fees for checked luggage, more travellers are opting to travel with just carry-ons and less luggage. Therefore, by providing laundry facilities you would be offering a useful amenity at your hotel. 2. There wasn't a magnifying mirror in the bathroom .... especially useful for ladies to make-up and for men to shave!

Our stay at this hotel was great. The facilities were modern and everything was clean. The breakfast had a variety of options and they always made sure that everything was refilled when empty. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and modern. There were towels in case you didn't have yours. It was very convenient to have a fitness room too with a variety of machines. There were coffee machines near the reception with many options to have it. There is a shopping center including a Ross and Burlington nearby so that helped too. The bus stop and metro station were a few minutes on foot so that's important in case you don't have a car. We really enjoyed this hotel and would certainly come back in the future.

One elevator stopped working two days after we arrived and was never fixed at least during our stay. The TV should have more options for streaming platforms, it's basically live TV and Youtube.

Very nice Hampton Inn located near the University of Miami. We stayed here for Family Weekend, and it was a great way to connect with other Cane families. The coffee bar is great as well as the breakfast choices. The pool was very nice, but you can't stay on a lounge chair when temps are in the 90s!

The traffic in Miami is HORRIBLE. People drive like maniacs and disregard stop signs, lights, do not signal, speed, etc. Be prepared and drive defensively. The University of Miami wasn't far. However, with heavy traffic, it could take 20-30 minutes to get there.

It was in a safe location and quiet. Tiffany was awesome!! She guided us to where to eat and made sure we were accommodated when we returned from our cruise. Excellent customer service. The breakfast was very good also. Having free access to the computers was a major plus due to vouchers I needed printed for our excursions. This will be my go to place whenever I cruise again from Miami. Thank you 😊

Everything was good. No complaints

The location is close to the subway. It is very convenient. At the same time, it is far away from stores. Except for Target, there is nothing nearby. If you have a car, these problems are not significant. Free parking and reasonably good breakfasts. Many thanks to Tiffany for settling in ahead of check-in time. The friendly and helpful staff is a major asset to this hotel.

There was dampness in the room. This is probably not a problem for the hotel but for the city of Miami.

Though it flouts all navigation and hides stealthily in plain sight, this hardworking hotel is a solid value. The breakfast was well stocked and well managed, and the room was clean and quiet. When we arrived in the early afternoon, a flock of parrots were raising a ruckus on the side of the building—muy Miami. :)

I had to ask for pillows and linens to make up the sofa bed, and the side entry door card sensor did not work on the night of our stay. Small potatoes.

The breakfast was probably the best in a Hampton that we've experienced over the years. Although it was a little bit weird to not have water available in sight.

Not much to dislike here. We only stayed overnight for a quick visit to University of Miami the following day, so can't really comment.

Breakfast was good, is not the most varied one but it was more than regular continental breakfast. The room was extra clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you have any business in Coral Gables or the University of Miami. They even provided a blanket for the crib. They had hot chocolate and coffee the whole day, the temperature is controllable from the room.

Everything was good.

The Inn is quiet and the staff courteous. There is a pleasant atmosphere, including outside with ducks and occasional iguanas. Free Breakfast was a major feature, as well as being able to eat a delivered dinner in the dining room. The pool, the fitness room and the computer room all contribute to make this Inn special.

It would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom and near the mirror to hang up clothes. Also, a lamp at the desk and another at the easy chair would be useful.

Good location in south Miami. I like that parking and breakfast were included. I like that they have a water bottle refilling station and recycling. It was a comfortable room.

In a climate and extinction era, I would have expected the breakfast to have more plant-based items (like ANY plant-based milks) so that they have more eco and animal friendly items for everyone. But I was able to eat the oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts and some fresh fruit.
