The bar staff were excellent. The bar food was not bad. The lication was perfect for my wife to shop at Dadeland Mall. Also conveniently located for medical appointments.

Housekeeping could have been more present but they were very nice. The food was okay, but could have been more flavourful. Front desk could have been more friendly although they were efficient.

I didn't like how when I booked my hotel, it was not in writing or mentioned that a deposit was required. I was given a price for my stay but got to the hotel, and it's 225 more. I stayed for 3 days and my room wasn't cleaned. I had to call for housekeeping. I feel like my deposit should have been credited back at check out. I shouldn't have to wait 3 to 5 business days, I gave my deposit at the time of checking in, and it should have been returned at checkout

Staff were very kind, breakfast was good. No waiting time at the reception. Hotel is clean and very well organised. Lifts are also very efficient. Rooms were spacious, bright and clean.

To dine at the hotel, you would need to dine at the lobby unless you opt for room service. The lobby can be a noisy place at times. The food is generally good, however there is room for improvement.

First and foremost these questions are repetitive to an extent. My overall experience was pleasant though I was disappointed that there were no microwaves in the hotel rooms. I was also not happy about the fact that there was no sauna or hot tub on the pool level which has been there for many years apparently. Other than that it was a pleasant day.

The accommodation and understanding regarding my arrival.

My delivery service of food to my room wasn’t the most pleasant. When placing my order, I felt extremely rushed, no courtesy at all.

Friendly staff. Location was good - downtown was 25 minutes away and the airport 15. There is paid valet parking.

The WIFI should be made to be free to guest.

Most of the hotel staff were wonderful: Ali, from the reception, was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Vicky, Alejandro and Davion (or Debion, I could get a good look at his name), from the breakfast place were so kind and respectful. The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym.

The rooms had very little lighting. Even with all the lights on, it felt pretty dark. The bathroom door, although very modern with its translucent apprarance, doesn’t make it very comfortable or private to use the bathroom.

Room was a good size and had recently been refurbished. A light was not working, told reception and within minutes somebody came to fix it. Bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool area was very good, plenty of sunshine as no really high blocks causing a problem. Dadeland Mall was literally a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing, we were there for two days and was completely happy.
