The pool, the lounge area on the second floor and its proximity to the soccer fields. Very good snack options downstairs. Really good staff- especially at reception. The breakfast was very good!

The pool would have been better if it was heated. It was a real shame to not have the bar and restaurant open and available over the whole weekend at lunchtime and through the afternoon. We were a group of maybe 10 rooms at the hotel and we had hoped to have opportunities to all eat lunch and hang by the pool together but because there was no food- it was difficult

The location, the rooms, the ambience and atmosphere, were all very very nice. Very easy to get around, closeness to a lot of stores (walking distance), neighborhood is perfect.The hotel has this very pleasant and relaxing aroma.

There wasn't enough space to store/hang your clothes. We were a family of 4, and with 4 luggages, you'll want to free up some space by putting away your ckothes and storing the luggages.

Everything except parking. Room, staff and amenities were all excellent. Location (with exception to its physical connection to a shopping mall) was very convenient.

Hotel is directly adjacent to the Dadeland Mall and shares parking with the mall. Which is probably difficult under normal circumstances, but during the Christmas holidays (Dec. 23 - Dec. 25), it was a nightmare. Hotel should create dedicated spaces OUTSIDE of the mall parking structure so that hotel guests can get in and out of the lot in less than 40 minutes (and no, that's not an exaggeration - it took us 40 minutes to get out of the parking structure on one occasion).

Ordered food a few times from the Resturant Generally good value except for the Mini chicken empanadas priced at $13.99, it is a rip off!!! Did not expect 4 very small items, the size of wontons! Compared with the chicken tenders at $14.99 ( just $1 more) which is a decent sized meal. Checked in on Saturday, housekeeping never serviced the room on Sunday. I requested toweled etc Another day they forgot to replace coffee and cups. This has happened in the past during a previous stay They were very apologetic and subsequently provided the items. Gym facility is excellent! Exceeded my expectations Person ( young man) on duty when I checked in on Saturday afternoon was very good , friendly, professional and helpful

This is a lovely hotel on the Dadeland Mall property. We chose it for its convenience to the mall and to Baptist Hospital where we had a schedule appointment. The staff (everyone we came in contact with) was exceptional. The lounge is lovely, Parking is convenient and free. Check in is at 3 and check out is at noon - hard to find anymore. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are beautifully appointed. Was very pleasantly surprised. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We had an issue with no hot water in our sink. It wasn't until the following morning that I thought to reach underneath and open both shut off valves. We finally got hot water - it was just on the cold side. The shower water was not very hot either. A shame as the bathroom is wonderful.

The service was much better geared toward the guest than the Dadeland Marriott. At AC, they listened and responded well to anything that arose. The location is brilliant for Dadeland Mall. A one minute, covered walk from the AC lounge gets you into Macy's.

The pool was rather small and well used, so it was too crowded for us most of the time - only 8-10 people, though.

Modern and clean, located within the walking distance from metrolink station. Very good breakfast and free car park.

Shower with very low pressure and mind of its own - water changes randomly from hot to freezing cold. On arrival we were not given any information unless we explicitly asked for it- e.g. we had breakfast included in our booking but weren’t told where it is served and what time it starts at, we weren’t asked if we want daily housekeeping, weren’t told that $40 deposit for incidentals is being taken along with the payment etc. Even when we asked specific questions the staff would only answer with yes or no and had to be probed to get more info. It was a painful experience.

Hotel seemed very new and fresh. One floor is a great room with cool in/outdoor bar, work and lounging spaces, and a bar list of food - we ordered 2 appetizers - delicious. Our room was also satisfactory.

I arrived to check in after 5:00 and the front desk said none were ready (I had 2 reserved). They seemed unclear about why and when they would be ready. Then, one suddenly became available. The check-in process requires 2 steps: pull up to lobby, then drive into a shopping mall parking lot to park in the third level. Finally, the shower dripped and I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants, in a safe community and close to the airport for out of town travellers. Staff was accessible and helpful. On site restaurant was good and prepared orders very quickly. There were multiple elevators so I never waited for a long time.

Minor issue- bathroom amenities didn’t include body lotion.

The location, and the room in general was pristine, checkout is late and housekeeping respects the time and doesn't try to come into the room before that time.

The front desk staff seems like they are just going through the motions, particularly the woman who checked us in. She could work on her customer service skills, she isn't very welcoming.
