Check in was super easy and smooth process. The food, drinks, & Bar service was super amazing!!! The comfort of room was great for a quick getaway. And it was not far from airport. Loved it and WILL definitely book again. Please don’t hesitate.

The Clean up in between different families occupying the pool area could be better. It was clean but leftover plates from food orders and older leaves, from the trees floating in water and on ground, was distracting. Could do more cleaning up as families rotate in and out of pool area. Or do a Morning and Evening sweep through of grounds. But overall the aesthetic was a big VIBE and super peaceful!!!

I liked the location of the property. It was centrally located and close to the highway for easy access. There were also places to eat close by, as well as the mall. There were also plenty of parking spaces on the property.

The doors were very loud, so I would constantly hear other peoples doors banging shut. The a/c also had a musty smell when turned on, that would last a few minutes.

Parking availability was inadequate. Weekend evening arrivals may experience significant difficulty finding parking. While staff graciously permitted handicap parking without penalty, insufficient parking remains a concern. Otherwise, the experience was satisfactory.

Hotel location, easy access to highway and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The elevator was extremely slow to the point I had to use the stairs to get downstairs.

The staff was extremely accomodating and helpful. It was suitable forr my reason to be in Miami on this visit. It was very close to the Dadeland Mall, which has great shops, good restaurant both in the mall and acriss the street. For these reasons it's worth staying at..

I prefer locations near the beach, but I wasn't here for vacation.

Modern clean and comfortable at an affordable price. Staff was pleasant and helpful the property was also easy to find as it was on the main road.

Parking was not ample and the elevator was extremely slow.

The staff - they all were great, especially Patty at the front desk and Susan the bartender.

Three hangers in the very small closet and no place for two people to put their clothes..

Location is fantastic, near restaurants, Dadeland Mall, Baptist Hospital, etc

The room’s door does not have soft closing. If you let it go, is very noisy

The pool area is beautiful and cut very clean , very decorative! The café/grill inside of the hotel was amazing. Ana and Yady were very attentive and whipped us up the most wonderful, buffalo, chicken, salad, and chicken tenders.
