We had a suite with two queen beds because we were two parents with two kids. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom where much bigger and very modern, clean and really much more than we expected. The environment around the hotel is very new, very good atmosphere and nice places to dine etc. We were at gator park and it is an easy and short drive from the hotel and there was a strawberry and tomato picking place near where we spent time with the kids. Beakfast was very good, too.

It was a bit keen-eared through the front door, so that we heard when someone went through the corridor or neighbors went home at night. There was a central air condition that was a bit too loud for my sensitive ears. Plates and Cups/Glasses for breakfast where made of styrofoam - I don't like that! I would prefer porcellain plates and GLASSES and steel knifes, forks and spoons.

Very nice staff we interacted with. Especially the young lady at the front desk Victoria, very helpful and sweet! The room was very comfy and cozy and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job making it spotless for a comfortable stay. Great temperature control and all the amenities we needed including cups, plates and pots to cook on the stovetop and a hair dryer. My husband and I will definitely be back in the future! ❤️

We weren't too pleased finding out our room didn't have a terrace or lake view as specified underneath our room details. The rest of the experience made up for it.

Excellent location for us, very comfortable room with everything provided, nice swimming pool, helpful staff, easy access to restaurants.

There was a self service mini market but a bar would have been very welcome and the breakfast lacked variety and was all available only with single use plastic glasses, cups, plates, cutlery so you ended with more plastic than food. I would have expected an international chain with an otherwise really nice hotel to be moving forward more with its environmental policies.

The property was spotless and it smelled clean. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen area had everything to accommodate cooking and cleaning if necessary. They also had a comfortable desk, computer chair and an extra desk to work from the bed or couch. It was very quiet too, so working there was even better than working at the office.

staff very friendly and accommodating and rooms very spacious. Full complimentary breakfast. Room has a refrigerator, one stove range, ironing board with iron. Has Laundry facility as it's great extended stay hotel.

They had everything we needed while visiting a relative at the nearby hospital. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the hospital, maybe less. We were able to get food and eat in. It’s perfect for extended stays.

For the price it’s great. It’s a little bit loud but nothing terrible. The shower doors let water spray all over the bathroom. That was annoying. Also housekeeping did not visit our room.

Basic breakfast. Room and kitchen area was clean. It was comfortable, I liked it. There is restaurant options walking distance as well.

The bathroom. The shower glass door was too short and water went all over, it was a mess. Had to place more towels on the floor.

Everything was wonderful here. We loved the room. Nice size and had everything we needed included a small kitchenette. TV is huge and offers all kinds of channels. Water pressure in the shower was not the best. Pretty weak. Also a mat should be provided on the floor next to the shower stall. Since it's a half open stall the water sprays out a bit when you shower and gets on the floor. We used a towel but I could see that potentially damaging the floor there especially after repeated use.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Full kitchenette and friendly employees. Good location for our trip to the Everglades north and south entrances. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The walls are very thin and only plastic utensils for breakfast.

Good sized room with a small kitchen and a 4 seat dining area, the beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well.

Some of the vinyl floor tiles are lifting and uneven in the bedroom and bathroom of our room, we also thought that the complimentary breakfast was very basic, the food was good but a greater choice would have been nice.
