This was a very well managed property and I had no issues with it. I stayed there for two full weeks on separate reservations. The property felt very safe and I was satisfied with it. Even when the front office was closed there was security on the property which helped me out as the manager and I both forgot to update my key when I started on the second reservation. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was difficult to find. Although the address is for the main highway, the property was set back from the highway behind a small shopping center and there was only one sign which directed you off the highway and to the property's entrance. Once you found it and knew where to turn, it was OK but finding it initially was very difficult. They need a bigger sign on the main highway to direct you to the property.

I needed a place to sleep, shower, and a clean room. The location was close to my work , although the staff at the front desk was not there often except when I needed to check in, I'm sure they were on-site to help but I didn't need any. the room was clean and basic things in the kitchen area were a nice bonus. the cost was the best rate I could find and met my expectations. If you are looking for a cost effective Clean place to stay this is it.

Maybe have the AC on prior to the guest arriving as the room was initially a bit warm and muggy, however the ac worked fine and it was good within 30 minutes.

Because of a mistake I made with dates, I had two different rooms. Both were spotless, everything worked (microwave, stove top, shower) and both were in very good condition. The front desk people (especially Jackie and her supervisor) were and are incredibly helpful and just nice people to have interactions with.

The location is nice for access to things but very congested which is no fault of the hotel.

Free parking, close to a lot of shops and restaurants, washing and drying machines onsite, safe location, airconditioned hallways, DIRECTV cable, fresh towels every day.

There was a smell when the aircon was shut off, maybe because of the humidity in Florida; beds could be more comfortable and with more solid mattresses, few amenities onsite.

It had everything I needed, and was in a good location for my needs. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place without frills to stay, this is a good option.

The building is aging and it shows it. Old faucets and showerheads. The beds were slightly uncomfortable with pillows to match (only slightly. I still managed to get great sleep).

Good staff and responsive service. Initially, the air conditioner in my room was leaking, but the night assistant quickly resolved the issue by switching us to another room. The city has high humidity, so I really appreciated the towel exchange service, as nothing dries easily in the room. Big bonus is kitchen 👍and guest laundry.

It was a clean room, very friendly staff. Jackie was very helpful and nice. The security guard was also very friendly and helpful as well

Only complaint is the room we were in was close to the front entrance and it was loud during the night. You could hear the door opening and closing and people talking all night.

Most basic hotel.. mattress was aweful,back hurt for days after sleeping 3 nights on it. Floor was filthy. Walked barefoot from bed to bathroom and back and the bottom of my feet were black. Staff is extremely nice and helpful!

Great location with great eateries close by.

The people working there are very friendly. Super convenient location for a multi-day stay visiting the Keys, Everglades, and Biscayne.

Hot water is not hot. The bed is not very comfortable but acceptable.
