Great stop for in/out of Miami / to the Keys. Reception staff are lovely and friendly! Bed and room large & comfortable.

Breakfast not worth price. Waitress was rude and behaving stressed, though she had not 20 guests. You must ask for coffee & other staples to be replaced, and she rolls her eyes and sighs though it is just 8am. (Sorry to whinge but I worked long as a waitress, also in hotels, and this is just not normal!?)

A very comfortable and well-appointed room . The breakfast choices wer excellent a,nd all produce very fresh and tasty. The hotel was nice and quiet . It ws also handy for walking to local restaurants. It was within a comfortable driving distance of the eastern half of the Everglades

Great location, friendly staff, clean well kept

Property starting to show wear, carpet of and had Oder, didn’t care that the property was pet friendly, not a pet owner and nothing against animals, but the property was filled with animals that it looked and sounded like an anima shelter. Shouldn’t have to be exposed that on every floor.

breakfast included Situation is a lil confusing. When there is only a continental corner, you can order from the menu as well. However if there is also a hot buffet you need to choose from that OR the menu. No safe in the room!

Beautiful hotel

My parents are 76 yrs young & was locked out of their room 2 nights in a row. A staff member was rude about it. He stated that there nothing he can do until the next morning when maintenance was there. He made us feel like he wasn't going to let them in their room or they had to go somewhere else for the night. I then asked did he have a master key to let them in their room. Eventually he used the master key to let them in their room.

Very friendly and accommodating. Felt very safe and comfortable. Everything was clean.

I couldn't figure out the light switches as silly as that sounds. When you enter the room, the switches were on some kind of savings system. It is fine if you know how to use them. Maybe I am just old and not up on all of this. Lol.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the comfort and size of the room. The check in was smooth! The convenience of having shops in the same area as the hotel.

The overall experience was great. Maybe having a discount program or some sort of incentive per stays for the price of the room. In my opinion the price was a little high.

The staff was kind and the hotel itself was very clean and well designed. Rooms were new and clean! Beds and pillows so so comfortable. The location is also great! I recommend staying here when in this area. You have shopping and food at walking distance.

Nice clean, large room and king-size bed. The location was handy for the Everglades, Biscayne Bay, and Key Largo. Also, close to the highway for easy access to Miami.

The $25 breakfast buffet was overpriced for just cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. If you wanted eggs, etc. add on another $10+. And the plastic cutlery was cheesy, I expect better of Hilton.

The breakfast was very good. Better than the usual cold dried scrambled eggs and sorry looking muffins.

Really nothing could have been better for our 2 night stay. Easy access to multiple restaurants. The Reception staff gave us excellent recommendations. Ideally situated for our visit to Coral Castle and Islamorada.
