This hotel is in a great location. Shopping and restaurants close by. The breakfast is good (eggs, sausage, cereal, toast). The room was small but the bed was so comfy!! The room was clean and so was the rest of the building.

The room was small and the lighting (mirror) was hot, not great for putting on make-up. The elevator is a little slow.

We chose this property as it is relatively close (15 miles) to Miami Int. Airport and therefore a short drive after a long flight. We are glad we did. The room was clean, was of a good size and had one of the largest and most comfortable king beds that we have ever slept in! The free continental breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and ham along with the usual options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the property was conveniently close to an extensive shopping mall. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

The hotel only has one elevator, and it is pretty slow. We were on a 4th floor, so we had to use it. Going up and down may take more than expected. The hallways in the room floors look a bit dark because of the colors of the walls. I prefer lighter colors but that is subjective. They were well painted, nevertheless. Complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations offering hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bagels. My only comment for improvement is to change items some days. We stayed four days and it was kind of the same thing every day. But overall, everything good!

Nice breakfast variety with ham and eggs scrambled and hot, breakfast cereal options, yogurt and muffins packaged. Oatmeal. Several orange/apple juice. 2% milk. Have coffee out all day for you to get but won't always be hot. And they have creamer packets and even some tea. Controllable ac and hat in each room that sticks out from the wall :) Big windows. Staff helpful. Small gym area with two treadmills only but full length mirrors and full length mirror in room of sleeping as well. Nice sink lighting.

The guests coughed ok EVERYTHING. It seemed to be a city in general where people don't care to ough on you, but masks should be obligated to be worn while going up to the food! 3 people coughing was the first thing I noticed before I walked in the breakfast doors... Too close quarters for that! Shower curtains seem somewhat outdated, but thimaybhabe just gotten used to amother style.

The location and the price cannot be beaten. It is located near freeway and plenty of shops, including a good price range of restaurants and, of course, locations to get your cuban cafecito. The breakfast provided is good and the staff is very helpful. More specifically, Juan, at the desk, is superb. He is very welcoming and helpful, always trying to make one feel comfortable. In fact, as a repeat customer top this location, I've seen other guests making time to stop and say hi to Juan. He knows I go to Kendall to visit my elderly mother, and he always (seriously) ask about my mom. Anyway, I've been staying at this location for many years now.

My favourite hotel in Miami.. it has been probably my 5th stay in this property and definitely I book it again next time I come to MIA. Tasty breakfast, good coffe and juice, comfy rooms, I really like The Palms Inn so much! Walking distance to Publix and other stores.. they provide packages receiving, always helpful at the reception. Like the vibe in the hotel... Sure, If you want swimming at Miami Beach, this is not the solution... otherwise, the hotel is the best base for your trips in/around Miami - the Highway is so close.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The location was convenient to places to eat, grocery store and shopping. The view of lake in back was nice. The house keepers really do a great job. Daily room cleaning. They deserved the tip. Good jumping off point to tour other more busy, more crowded, and more expensive areas.

The breakfast is unremarkable. Repetitive, often cold and not much to choose from. The pay washing machine was broken.

This property only has 1 elevator for the entire hotel and the breakfast was kinda bad they had boiled eggs with cold ham ,I really didn’t get that and bagels and cereal I stay at a lot of hotels and some have everything ,but besides that the hotel was good .

Good (and free) breakfast, and it changed daily. (We were there for four nights, so appreciated the change.) Our room was clean, and included a larger-than-typical refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The WiFi worked well and consistently. It's next to a large outdoor shopping mall where you can find just about anything you need a short walk away.

- There's only one elevator for the four floors (of about 25 rooms each). And it's a sloooow elevator, so we'd have to sometimes wait 5 or more minutes for a ride. - The in-room A/C was very effective, but also quite loud. - The sliding windows are disabled from opening, which is a pity.

The staff seemed happy to be there. I've been traveling to Miami for medical purposes and have tried 8 different hotels. The Palms Inn & Suites was by far the cleanest. Check-in was easy and swift, and they had some toothpaste for me since I lost mine! Overall excellent value and clean rooms. Hats off to the Housekeeping staff. Kim L
