Fast and easy check in. Pleasant and polite front desk personnel. Comfortable and spacious room with all required facilities. Storage of our bags for a few hours after check out due to late evening flight. Overall a very happy and satisfying stay at Candlewood Suites.

We would recommend having complimentary breakfast if possible as it would be a big assist for travelers and first time or regular visitors.

I liked the fact that it was a little away from Miami. Traffic was a little congested in the area, but that's not the fault of the hotel. I was just surprised it was like that. Great location though. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Overall, great stay. Staff was very pleasant and I really appreciated the free coffee and fruit in the morning.

The communication before arrival was very poor because I was only surprised on arrival when 250usd was held as security without notification prior to arrival. And that was a serious inconvenience and up to now I haven’t received yet checked out yesterday.

Dirty air con filters, staff were rude and not very helpful, we booked and agreed to our weekly clean but they didn’t do it due to miscommunication on their end. Dated rooms. Very expensive for the kind of hotel we paid over $1600 our a 7 days stay. Only did because it was an emergency due to a funeral.

I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't receive housekeeping service to keep up the cleanliness of my room and I wasn't asked about receiving it either. That was a turn off for me because I had my wife with me who had surgery while we were there and I couldn't leave her alone to go hunt down housekeepers for toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and clean bath towels all the time so that was a problem for me that definitely needs to be addressed and fixed. I stayed there for 6 days Dec 7-Dec 13 and I paid good money $1000.... And we didn't receive no housekeeping. Fix that problem Candlewood. Thank you

Color People smoking marihuana in the pool area that’s unacceptable, and definitely the carpets rooms need to be wash frequently

Staff was very friendly, check in and check out was fast, room size was large.

Upon entering the room the first thing was the smell of food that someone had been cooking. The smell was bad. I spoke to the front desk and they tried to spray something but it didn't really help much.

Location, parking, gym, free, coffee, filtered water, comfortable for my pet, great staff. Also, the location was very quiet, easy to move around and has pretty views out the windows.

Soap and sponge to clean used pots in the kitchenette Other than that, it truly was excellent. Also more coffee in the room would be nice. Truly it was a wonderful experience.

We like that is well located, the staff is very nice. It's near our family and friends. Since it was 4th of July, we could see the fireworks from the surrounding area in the comfort of our room.

It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The coffee and fruits available all day was a plus.

The laundry room needs better working machines.
