The staff was PHENOMENAL! I can't speak highly enough about them! I was early and my room wasn't ready but I was utterly exhausted, they didn't hesitate to offer me something else to get me into bed sooner. The rooms were very clean, no bugs or smells! I loved that there was on site laundry. I didn't even have to get quarters, there's an app you can download and set up the laundry and even see a timer from your phone so you can go back to your room. The towels were large and fluffy, which isn't something we often find in hotels. I LOVED that the floors were hardwood and not carpet!

The elevator was jolty and made me uncomfortable but not terrible. The bed comforters were just incredibly thin, I froze most of the night, but they were comfortable! No garbage can in the room, just the small restroom bin.

They upgraded my room for free . I guess because I had asked for a non connecting on the reservation and all they had was connecting rooms and I dident want that. The room was clean and the gentleman that helped us check in he's Puerto Rican he was fabulous 😍.

At night the lady there seems to no be interested in helping or assisting anyone. I asked can I get some more towels her response was " you need to get them from the morning people" even tho I wasn't there that morning then she gives me 2 face towels and tells me that's all she has. She was not mean just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I asked her if we could extend our stay an extra day and she told me she couldn't do that only the morning people can. Don't remember her name but she's the one at night that sits to the side on her phone 📱.

the view from our floor was very beautiful! I liked that they had vending machines which came in handy for us when we wanted a snack or drink. it was also nearby a lot of food places!

when we arrived they didn’t have our room which i was confused about because we booked this room a few weeks before but they did provide us with a bigger room. It wasn’t how the photos online looked but it was still comforting. the towels weren’t big enough to cover and the fridge had a spoiled like smell it wasn’t pleasant.

The staff, as always, were exemplary. I have stayed here quite often and for lengthy stays. They have been working on improving the facility for some time now.

My only issue is the pricing for the facilities. I do understand that most people who stay here are only staying for a night or two...however, some people stay for extended times and you do not always get a room with a refrigerator and microwave.

The only reason I’m writing this is cause they gave us a room with the bathroom room door had holes in it like someone punched the door as well as the tv was messed up the same way and cold not watch tv. So we called downstairs and they said they were sorry and they upgraded us to another room. Which they did and that room was amazing!!

The area is bad. If it wasn’t for the upgrade all the other rooms need some work as well as the property. Also the area is not the greatest.

Room: Always clean. (Could use a closet so other guests don't consider the valet carts to be their personal wardrobes for their rooms.) Cleanliness: Always clean...as I said before. (If you ever need anything, i.e. bath tissue, towels, fresh bedding....because of an extended stay and want to keep your privacy, all you do is go to the front desk.)

That they don’t ask for deposits

When you booked the suite that they have once you get there they say oh somebody else has booked it after you did and got there before if I reserved an room that’s what I’m expecting once I get there period

Not enough room service to clean the rooms for the amount of days we were there. The parking lot needs to be monitored more because my car was hit parked in the parking lot and had to make a police report. Elevators need attention because they had an issue where you had to get off on a certain floor to take the steps to the ground floor which was unacceptable.

The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The housekeepers are wonderful and friendly.

The wifi can be improved. My room was around towards the back of the hotel (Which I normaly love because of less foot traffic by other guests, however the wifi there was difficult.)

Very clean Respect for people whenever you need anything you ask to give it to you or bring it to you the laundry room is amazing the pool is fun right next to him as a mall movie theater we can get your clothes anything else in a McDonald’s right there a gas station right there you can’t beat that
