Breakfast was good, with mixed cuisines. The staff was wonderful! They were very attentive and always smiled. Very few spoke English except Max but they still accommodated us with whatever we asked for.

The first room was a small suite in a wing that we found to be a bit run down. I asked if they had any 1-bedroom suites in the main building and we were lucky to get one facing the sea for a small additional price. It was equipped with a full bath, bedroom, living room, dining table, kitchen, and very nice balcony! It even had a washing machine! There were no English television channels so it was not used. We usually like to have an alcoholic beverage at breakfast but nowhere do they serve until after 5 PM.

This is a hotel with an apartment type option. We were in the one bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The place is big and well furnished. They were able to get us a great sea view. The staff is amazing, very friendly and many of them spoke English which isn't that common in Thailand. Parking was easy and breakfast was reasonable. Restaurant has many food choices, and the beach is just across the street. There are also a few beach restaurants nearby, plus two 7 Elevens. The place has many facilities including Tennis and Bowling (at a fee).

We didn't have any major complaints. Some might feel that the rooms aren't as modern, but it didn't bother us.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is great and the room was very clean and big. The facilities were excellent with sauna, snooker, pool tables and automated 10-pin bowling with three lanes. The gym was well equipped as well, plus two swimming pools, and one with a hot jacuzzi. Also the maids opened the doors to all empty rooms in the mornings to let the air through. This was good. Finally, the bath towels, sheets and pillow cases had been washed with fabric conditioner so everything was soft and smelled great. We will come back again.

Big room with balcony and great facilities and balcony. Two pools, decent gym and lovely cafe at the front of the hotel. Very good value for money - excellent breakfast

Nothing really. The hotel is on the coast and a little out of the way from the centre of Rayong, but we knew this when we booked it, and the Bolt taxis are reliable and cheaper to use.

Lovely airy studio flat , much bigger than I had anticipated. Pool and bowling alley are a now touch and the cafe is a great addition too .

Further down the strip so away from most of the bars and restaurants - however a 15-30min walk sorted this

Facilities and location are good. Old building with renovation. Large rooms. Good for family. Street foods and Restaurants nearby. Very convenient. Nice view from balcony. Helpful staffs.

Building is old. Air con is broken and can’t be fixed. Breakfast was ok. Fitness , Sauna and stream room are very old but clean.

Older hotel but the rooms are immaculately clean and very spacious. Premier one bedroom units have a good ocean view. Plenty of seafood restaurants set up across the street on the beach in the evenings. Buffet breakfast had a good variety

Ongoing construction was deafening during breakfast. A kettle to make coffee and tea rather than a water boiler would have been nice. Limited choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance during the day

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, and our room offered a fantastic view of both the road and the ocean. We loved that we could cook our own dinner, as the room was equipped with utensils, a cooking stove, and even a washing machine. It was the perfect spot to celebrate the countdown. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Good space and the size of the room is huge. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The cafe staff Tee is attentive. He is active and welcoming. Nice boy and loves his job. The front staff are well trained and friendly.

The bed is a bit hard but the staff arrange the topper on the following day. Breakfast could be better. Not quite what we expected.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast is not the same as informed the staff that the additional breakfast room has the same food as the original one. It’s not the same. The original room has more variety of fruits for instant.
