I booked this hotel as it's just off the Liechtenstein Trail and had breakfast included in the room price. The buffet breakfast was amazing too (hot and cold food available), and definitely worth having when you've got a day of walking ahead of you. The hotel itself was perfectly comfortable and clean, with plenty of areas to sit and relax, both inside an outside. There's also an attached bar and restaurant. I didn't dine at the restaurant though - I went to the Italian across the road as their prices and menu choices seemed better.

The hotel is located in the business district of Ruggell, so there's nothing to do in the vicinity (aside from dining in the Italian restaurant across the road)

Parking, very close to highway (Switzerland) that makes it ideal for travelers. Self-checkin is simple and worked well for us. Breakfast was tastier than in the 4star Holiday Inn in Italy.

The smell, you get out of the car, and you immediately know that you are in the countryside and there are cows nearby. Sometimes, we felt the smell even in the room. Probably more booking.com issue: the website didn't recommend Suite for family even though the description says that there is also a sofa bed available in this room. We had to check on the official hotel website and write an email to the hotel to double-check.

The lady on the reception the day we arrived, & another lady the following, were both very friendly and welcoming :) We loved the superior double room, & would recommend paying the extra over a standard double - for the two floor to ceiling windows on seperate walls! The room was spottlessly clean & the bed large & comfortable too.

Unfortunately our reservation was mixed up, despite having confirmation that the change (from a standard to superior) had been made online.. So we had to wait an hour for it to be ready. But we were quite happy after a long drive, & they have free coffee & tea in reception too.

It was a lovely room, modern design, our baby could crawl around and loved the mirrors. They put a ready made baby cot for her in our room. It was an excellent stay for traveling through. The breakfast was really nice!

We had to walk downstairs for hot water to heat our baby's food and the water wasn't completely boiling, just warm. It would've been nice to simply have a water boiler in the room. Or a microwave in the hallway somewhere. Because we arrived on a Sunday there was no personel.

Clean room, nice hotel, good breakfast, comfortable bed, good parking, tried Chinese restaurant nearby was pretty good and easy to find a restaurant close by. Stuff was helpful.

I don’t understand why they put a black scream for mosquitoes which is totally useless for mosquitoes because I got some bites and all night noisy from the mosquitoes. But perfectly block the pretty nice view of the mountains

Room super comfortable, clean and with views. Exactly as we booked.

We were allocated a room in a part of the hotel that did not had interior connection with the main building, where breakfast was served. To go every morning through the garage in a freezing cold was a bit unpleasant, however the facilities and staff were very nice. Would be good to have solutions for meals in room service since nothing exists around.

- panorama windows, but view faces football field; - great shower; - We got a free upgrade with the room; - Spotless clean! - Breakfast was alright, standard; - USB and USBC ports available in the room.

- restaurant does not work on Sundays and Mondays; - No AC (country law); - No free toiletries (like sanitary kit, body lotion, etc.); - No coffee machine in the room; - Beware of the sockets, unusual shape - does not always fit.

Clean, had everything you need. Very much a businessy conference centre style hotel, mainly full of people travelling for business.

Not much in the way of eateries around. 1 in the hotel but wasn't open on our stay. 1 other good Italian 5 minutes away. Otherwise you'll need a car to go elsewhere.

I booked there because of the reviews on the restaurant, it didn't disappoint at all. Very luxurious installations for a 3 stars hotel. More of a 4 stars. Very new and clean. Only in a few details you get a lower rating, (see 'what I did not like').

Nothing really bad... Comfortable bed although not so robust ( you will feel any movement of your partner), breakfasts was compleet and decent but nothing special... yet, for a 3 stars hotel, it is more than fair. Tip, take picture of your room details during the automatic check-in so you will not miss the number of your room since it will not be recover in your email or anywhere else, (as far as I know).

The location is great. The hotel is new. It felt like we were the first to visit this room. Everything is made of wood. The view from the room is to the forest and a small river. Breakfast is very tasty. The parking garage is large and free. I recommend it. I really liked it.
