The room was very comfortable. I had a bit of a struggle with the AC unit but figured it out. I did not make it down to breakfast. The staff that checked me in was very friendly and professional. I dropped by earlier before check-in and found that I had somehow booked a second room, though I do not know how. The gal at the desk was very friendly and handled it kindly and professionally.

The only problem was a shortage of parking and the gal at the front desk who took over during the night and who checked me out in the morning didn't seem like she knew how to smile. She scowled and seemed frustrated like something was not right with the computer system or something, but she spoke kindly (her frustration seemed aimed at the computer, which I can understand).

The Hampton Inn was easy to find, the room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The online checkin process did not work not matter what I tried, but it's ok because the front desk person is very helpful. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to drive or uber somewhere for dinner. Lots of great restaurants down town

I like everything about this location. Right off the freeway, plenty of parking, near everything, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and amenities and even a self-serve laundry room. Brewed coffee available at all times plus a coffee maker in the room. Big screen TV,, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Microwave and fridge in the room. Laundry detergent and other things available for sale for cheap prices. Plenty of USB charging points and power outlets on both sides of the nightstand between the beds.

I have only positive things to say.

We have stayed many nights at this particular hotel over the last 8 years and always have a great experience. Very convenient to restaurants and Walmart. Nice free breakfast, clean property and friendly staff.

The only bad thing about this property is if you get there too late they usually have other very rude guests pulling trailers and taking up 3 parking spaces and not leaving enough room for everyone else. Trailers should not be allowed to park in the front of the hotel.

The breakfast was nice. The bed was extremely comfy.

One of the selling points of the motel was the fact that there was a pool and hot tub. After a day of moving heavy furniture, we were hoping to avail ourselves of these facilities. Unfortunately, they were both closed due to maintenance. It would have been nice if we had gotten a notification prior to our stay that they would not be available.

The omelets and potatoes were AWESOME, the Staff is SOOOOO friendly and always so helpful! We come see our children in Helena often, and their house is too small for us to stay. We always choose to stay with your hotel and have always been pleased with our stay.

Need a hairdryer in the bathroom? Also might be great to have the slow closing door hinges, that allow the doors to close slowly and not slam when people go out in the mornings and later at night. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay with your hotel. Your staff in Helena is GREAT!! So friendly and always so helpful with any of our needs!! THANK YOU

Clean, quiet room, walk in shower, close to stores and freeway, nice employees, bananas at breakfast, waffles, bacon and potatoes were a good choice,

The lovely walk in shower needs a grab handle for safety and for holding on while washing feet. The breakfast could use some better cooked eggs, more fresh fruit, and healthier yogurt.

The room was nice, clean, and very large with a seating area, bed, and desk area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good / kids would love the waffle bar with all of the toppings, choices.

Location was in a bit of an industrial area with busy roads, so not very walkable to services in the area. We like to walk, but didn’t pay much attention to location when we booked so really our fault.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was as expected.

The confirmation of booking did not mention that hotel will charge us a $50 security deposit per room on check-in. Upon payment of deposit I was told it take 1 to 3 days for refund to be processed. I query refund after a couple of days and was informed it normally takes 7 days. On day 8 I enquire again, but did not get an answer. After contacting my bank with all the details, my bank managed to ensure that I get my money back.

It was in a nice location as far as ease to get to places. And it was well kept. The staff was also very nice.

The view of Costco. Ha ha! But that can’t really be helped. Also, the curtains didn’t overlap on the close, so we had to clip them shut so light didn’t pour into the room as much in the morning.
