The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The gal at the desk in the morning was helpful. I didn't realize the pool didn't have towels so I had to go ask. Breakfast was good.

Younger employees gave me snobby looks when asking for towels at the front desk. For as busy as the breakfast area was it took awhile to get restocked. Then the guy taking it all down started like 10 minutes early and didn't acknowledge that ppl were still grabbing things. The shower in our room had hair from the ppl before so before we could shower I had to rinse it out.

Easy access to I-15 and in a good shopping district for big box stores and restaurants. Pizza Ranch and BWW were in the walking area but full when we tried to eat there for dinner. We did visit RE-Store, too, which was one of our highlights and with a shared parking lot. The driving loop to central/downtown was easy from the location. The suite was generous for 5 and comfortable beds and pullout couch. Breakfast was very good with many options while also kept stocked and clean.

Getting into the parking lot was pretty busy at 5 on a Friday. There are a number of driveways coming onto the road and the main light had a long line so we went farther out.

The staff was generally cheerful and happy. The crew that made breakfast seemed to take pride and enjoy their role.

It was unclear what the cleaning policy was. Beds weren’t made, bathrooms not cleaned, trash not emptied. There was a dead moth on the floor of the bathroom for 3 days.

Very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable.

Had reserved a king room when booking, but (a) somehow this was not reflected in the receipt and (b) the hotel was out of those rooms, so had a two queen room instead. Somehow queen beds in hotels seem to be smaller than our queen at home; was kind of small for two people.

My room was awesome! Clean, simple, modern. Loved it! The lobby was great! Same (clean, modern). Awesome breakfast, clean, warm, perfect! PS great coffee!!! Staff was kind and efficient. The only thing that could use some improvement was the hot tub was a bit scummy (could use a drain and scrub). Probably the hot water kills any bacteria? But would be more enjoyable if it were cleaner. Thanks!

The view outside our window was of a brick wall-the backside of a vacated building.. we were however allowed to change rooms. Also I was not aware that my fee of 161.00 per night would be pro-rated for the following 3 nights based on how full the hotel was.i felt that was very deceptive and I would not book thru you again.

It was in a good location and the beds were really comfortable. Check-in was quick and the employee working at night to check us in was friendly

There was a large sports group there that took up a lot of the space in the lobby. They had trouble keeping breakfast stocked and half of us didn't get cinnamon rolls as the person working the breakfast area said it was going to take too long to make and because of that it would have gone past breakfast time...we have never had this issue or rudeness at any other Holiday Inn locations.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew we had booked the right place for us! Monica, at the front desk, went above and beyond her duties to help make us feel wanted and welcome! We travel a lot from our home in MN to see our families in WA and ID. We will be coming back to the Holiday Inn Express!! 😉

Seemed new; room was clean and comfortable. Loved the black out blind - much better than curtains. Very good breakfast offerings. Close to the airport and restaurants.

Seemed a little pricey - but that appears to be true about all hotels in MT.

The hotel room was sparkling clean, large, super comfortable. The young lady at the desk was incredibly nice, helpful and informative. There was convenient parking, and the hotel is a short drive from downtown Helena, which is a charming city full of interesting buildings and activities. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of foods.

It was really great, though I would add plain yoghurt to the breakfast menu...
