Very clean and great staff. Good ammenities in room - especially the tea Kpods! Honored my request to be a short walk from parking as I have a disability. Unfortunately, that put us right next to a stairwell & right off the lobby. Noise wasn't awful but we did hear tromping on the stairs and voices in the hall in the morning as everyone walked by to check out. However, I don't fault them as I never asked for a quiet room! My only negative was we had to walk clear to the other end of the building to get to their designated dog walk area. The building is surrounded by concrete with only a tiny patch of grass at the back. Kinda defeated my "near a door so I don't have to walk so far." (They knew I was bringing a dog.) Overall, great and very clean place. Right next to Benefis Specialty Clinic and near multiple fast food options. We got free breakfast coupons but didn't use them as I had an early appointment.

It has been remodeled, it was very clean and quiet. There was a little rubber ducky welcoming us as well as a small towel animal on the bed and a note encouraging us to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable. We never woke up early enough for breakfast but it’s at a restaurant next door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff, good breakfast at the Crooked Frog included, washing facilities on site, great shower and convenient location. Good value for money.

AC was okay but not great temperature control. Could have done with a thermostat controller in the room.

This hotel was amazing, the staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have an ironing board and mini fridge. I have let me local friends know to recommend to their friends to stay here.

The location of Ramada is very good. It is close to the capital, has free parking and is easily accessible to anywhere in Helena. The the staff that we met both at check in and check out made us feel welcome and like they were happy to have us stay with them. We found out at check out that the hotel is newly remodeled and it shows. The beds were comfortable and while the rooms are not huge they met our needs for a one night stay. There was complimentary breakfast from a limited menu at the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Room was clean/bed was comfortable/room size ok. Breakfast was good. Had a limited choice from menu, but was a good an adequate breakfast. You could add to your choices at an extra charge. Check in clerk was very helpful, friendly. Could tell he enjoyed his job.

The room was big enough to support an extra chair. the room had one chair. Would imagine most rooms are rented with 2 or more people. It is very uncomfortable to lay on a bed and watch TV especially if you are not going to bed, are fully dressed, your shoes on. It hard on the blanket not very sanitary.

Older facility, but the room was remodeled and clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. You select from a small menu at diner next door. Convient to all of the attractions and highway. Plenty of plugs for charging electronics.

The one queen bed room was rather small…had not expected or experienced at other properties. We made it work though. Shower was not so good-weak spray.

I liked the free breakfast. The bed was really nice and the room stayed nice and cool.

There was no bottled water in the vending machine or at the front desk to buy. And I thought best western always had swimming pools.

The staff was very friendly especially Rob. I loved the lagoon very cool paintings on the walls. It was unlike any hotel I've stayed at before in an interesting really neat vibe kind of way.

I didn't like the way they gave cheap coupons for the restaurant next door instead of complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was great delicious menu. The hotel was very cool but the breakfast situation was so limited. We were really disappointed.
