We stayed at the Residence Inn in Helena with a group of Special Olympics athletes and coaches for our State Basketball championship games. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and also used the breakfast area for eating our pizza dinner which was so convenient. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful ~ it was a very nice time.

The property was very well taken care of, it was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and very professional. They were fast to assist us if we needed any help at all and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was a good layout.

The didn't have spare blankets in the king room with sleepers but otherwise everything was perfect!

Choices of milk and yogurts at breakfast. Skim, 2%, flavored yogurts. Were limited. I appreciate better dairy.

Nice staff, comfortable clean rooms. Noon checkout is so great!

The hot breakfast could use a little improvement , but there were other nice options.

The staff was exceptional in their welcoming us at our arrival and continued the same helpfulness and kindness throughout our entire stay.

The front desk clerk was so kind and welcoming and helped with some toiletries that I needed. The lady helping clean up at breakfast was also super professional and warm. We loved our stay

Fantastic breakfast. Large comfortable studio apartment. Had everything. The swimming pool and spa were wonderful.

It cost more than I wanted to spend, but it was very nice.

Our room layout was really functional and unique in that it didn’t look like a run of the mill hotel room. The extra space made it really comfortable. It was also very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. I was impressed by how many oatmeal toppings were offered. We really enjoyed the hot tub after being outside in the chilly weather all day.

Not a big deal but I have stayed at Residence Inns in the past and they would leave microwave popcorn in the room which was kind of a nice touch. I was slightly disappointed to see this was cut out.

When I arrived I was disappointed by the hotel not having the request accomodations I was told was there during a phone call to the hotel earlier that day. The evening staff when I arrived were great and went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. The next morning at check out the front desk lady turned out to be the person who gave me the misleading information. She was very unpleasant when I called her out on it and would not admit to her mistake. I was highly disgusted in her lousy service. I do plan on returning to the hotel in the future. I hope that front desk associate has had some training in good customer service.

The hotel was clean, and nicely kept. Great breakfast- felt like a home away from home. Was a nice break from our 10 day roadtrip.
