The gentleman at the front counter was ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. We stayed here a few years ago and our room and some of the hall stank as well as the older gentleman at the front counter looked at us but sis not greet us and turned his back talking to the other staff ignoring us for a minimum of 5 min. It was not a good experience. We debating giving this location a second chance coming all the way from Hawaii to visit. I am glad we gave it another shot. The staff was friendly. Our room smelled fresh and looked like it had newer carpet and bedding. Has microwave and fridge as well as a closet and drawer area. It could use a painting in areas but over all it was a great stay. We tried the breakfast , they offered waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, yogurt and 3 diff types of juices. It was a quiet stay. There are other hotels, restaurants, shops and casinos around. Again I am glad we have this place another chance. I wish I caught the young man’s name that checked us In and answered questions we had during the stay.

The staffing, free breakfast, the best bang for your buck, convenience of location.

One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb, but the staff brought it up to us very quickly.

There was a somewhat large coffee table in the room, making it a bit crowded. I would have traded that coffee table for a comfy chair and reading lamp. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, but certainly not bad.

The beds were soooooo comfortable and there was one employee that worked nights who was super nice. It satisfied everything we needed for a two day stay.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, the hair dryer didn’t work, and out door didn’t truly lock.

Good value. Comfortable room. Breakfast was simple. Location was very convenient with dinner restaurants within walking distance

Heating in the room was difficult to control.

Rooms were freshly repainted, new floorings, and looked clean and very nice

The prepackaged coffee in the room to be used with the in-room coffee maker was terrible. This was the same problem in the other Super8 we also stayed in, so is a supplier problem. Coffee in the breakfast area was great. Just the prepackaged was bad.

The night clerk melody was awsume kind and and very nice if I had any problem she did what she could to fix if she deserves a raise for dealing with some mean customers comming in

Staff was great. Very polite.

Not to sure about the windows. Any noise came right through. Breeze. The room heater did not work well at all.

We needed to change rooms, because ours wasn’t made up when we opened the door. But staff put us in a different room within 10 minutes.

For what we needed for the night, it was perfect and affordable.

It is outdated but clean. Could use some updates to room/bathroom
