Our request was for a room convenient for a dog, ie ground floor , and they were able to provide this. Breakfast was good and value for money. As this was a stopover whilst travelling south it was very convenient for the motorway and consequently the area was quite industrial but it suited our requirements. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we did not like however we would only use it again as a stopover en route.

The breakfast was great, paid half price for our young children. Staff very helpful, go the extra mile. We arrived very late (1am) and this was no problem as we were given a code to enter the building and then we were welcomed by a night receptionist. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Good shower, gel/shampoo provided.

The electric car charger is very slow, unable to charge fully overnight, but there are very fast chargers a short walk away at the supermarket!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect fir our onward travels. The food in the Restaurant for both Dinner and Breakfast was excellent. Public car park in front of the Hotel.

The bedroom was looking tired. No beverage making facilities in the bedroom.

location is great, easy access for the gps.. but not for the car. Good breakfast very nice welcome. we arrived very late and they arrange everything for us to make sure we could access the hotel.

Coffee machine could have been better ;) but it was good for 1 night. the entrance for the car is quite painful... very high for the car, be very careful if you have having a low profile car, your car underbody could be lightly impacted. regarding the set up in Booking be careful, we were 5 (3 adults + 2 kids) and we were forced by the system to book 2 rooms... however we could have take one room only. always double check with the hotel.

Room looked tired (paint peeling of the door, big stain on carpet just inside the door, some cracked tiles in bathroom) I was tired too as I got woken up by what appeared to be a boiler/plumbing noise within the room off and on from 3.30am.

We could park in front of the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and a very simple check in process (not those that took dozen of minutes with someone talking to their computer rather than to you). The food (dinner and breakfast) was good. Despite been in an industrial area, it was a quiet environment.

I had a health issue while staying and the managers was absolutely amazing. Even before her wonderful intervention I would have happily returned. The room was large with plenty of surfaces to put things on. The bed was comfortable the shower huge. Full marks

Overall very happy. Will stay again. Location suited us perfectly because of proximity to the autoroute however it's position in the middle of an industrial estate might not suit everyone. Despite this nice terrace for dinner and hotel quiet.

Good size room, comfy bed, great meal, close to motorway, friendly staff

Noisy rooms, both internal & external doors were noisy & the lift dings on arrival, we were close to lift

Pleasant and helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms, good central location with easy access to facilities and motorway link to the surrounding area.

No restaurant service at the weekend but there were some very good restaurants in nearby Town.
