We found the Residenza Di Nucci the ideal location to rest for the night as we traveled from Southern Puglia to Rome. Without any reservations whatsoever, we award it a well deserved 10. The Residenza is located a few hours away from Rome in the town of Termoli on the Adriatic coast - a town, we discovered, rich with restaurants and caffes, a vibrant night life with families enjoying a passeggiata, a jazz band playing in the piazza, and clean and beautifully maintained beaches. Our room was airconditioned, with good WiFi connection, spotlessly clean, spacious, with the sealing beautifully decorated with fresco paintings, a large bathroom with clean towels and furnished with all necessary amenities, coffee, tea, water, juices, and pastries for consumption throughout the day, a very comfortable mattress, and, very important to us, it was very quiet. A very good breakfast is included with eggs, beacon, yogurt, fruit, croissants, a variety of juices, coffee, etc. Mr. Di Nucci, the owner, with his wife and sister live on the premises, and were immediately available to meet our needs and answer our questions at any time. We found them to be three of the most welcoming, friendly, courteous, and charming people we could ever meet. They helped us with our luggage, and, importantly, they helped us find parking in the immediate vicinity. To reiterate, we award the Residenza a well deserved rate of 10 and we look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel industry in Italy has largely been replaced by “guesthouses” carved out of older apartment buildings, designed and managed by people with no real training or experience in hospitality. Residenza Di Nucci is a completely different experience. Well designed and recently constructed using high quality materials, and managed by the rare people who still pursue excellence in their craft.

Almost all future bookings at other properties will fall well short of the standard set by this guesthouse.

The room was comfortable and had many thoughtful and helpful details. The bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was very clean and updated. While hot outside, the room was a perfect cool temperature. Teresa, the owner, looks after all the details herself and makes sure you are settled in for your stay. She's also easy to contact for questions. Thoughtful with local charm, a great location and price. I will book again!

Friendly and helpful proprietors of an interestingly different property. Despite having character the accommodation ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay - including being quiet and having effective air-conditioning.

Only complaint is that the external signage could be more prominent. Had to search to find this complaint however, and I am Australian.

The welcome from Teresa the host was very warm, friendly and informative . She was also very prompt and helpful with her replies to our queries before we arrived. The room we stayed in was a good size with an original fresco on the ceiling and a lovely bathroom with quality fittings. Everything was immaculately clean. The room had excellent WiFi connection and a nice touch was the mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks and snacks. The position of the Residenza was perfect, only two minutes walk from the main pedestrianised High Street and five minutes walk to the beautiful Old Town that overlooks the bay. The room had a very comfortable Kingsize bed and despite being so near to the centre there was no noise whatsoever.

There is nothing to dislike, I would thoroughly recommend this B and B/Residenza to anyone that is intending to stay in Termoli

Loved Everything.The hosts were marvellous and nothing was too much trouble.The rooms were impeccably clean and the attention to detail was astounding.originally I only booked for one but only after a few hrs because of the hospitality and warmth given to me I stay an EXTRA 2 nights.With my constant travel time table I move on after max.2 nights but this was an exception.Glad it was.

Nothing-everything was perfect.

Everything about the property was perfect. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness, and the attention to detail is immediately evident. It is very tastefully decorated. The check-in process and booking was seamless and very friendly. Location could not be better, extremely close to the beach and the town centre, yet very peaceful. I will definitely return.

The minute we were greeted by Teresa she showed care for our comfort and relaxation. The room is very well appointed, very clean and has free cold drinks and snacks as well as all the toiletries you need. The location is close to everything, restaurants, beach and a very good supermarket across the road. Breakfast is around the corner and it’s a delicious selection of pastry, juice and coffee.
