Such a charming hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms are so cute and lovely, the staff were incredibly kind and the location is perfect. It was a wonderful experience all around. I highly recommend the breakfast - it is simple but so delicious. All of the products are locally sourced and artisanal. We loved it so much that we also returned for lunch which was equally impressive and delicious. The town is also so cute to explore. A+++ experience

What a great place! A lovely welcome by great staff! Our room was spacious and so comfortable and relaxing. The views across the rooftops were perfect too. We had dinner on the terrace to the side. The food was amazing, a must. We were very well looked after by a lovely Irish lady, very knowledgeable on the large wine selection! We'd love to go back to Grignan and would definitely stay again!!

Booked large mansarde room which has four beds for my teenage daughter and myself but only double bed had been made up for us. Owner presumed we’d share the big bed. Closed for dinner on Wednesdays which we hadn’t realized but owner was able to recommend other restaurants

Beautifully located in the heart of Grigna. Clean and pretty rooms, even the very small 9 m2 room with a 140 cm double bed under the roof. Small but comfortable, with a standard size bathroom with an Italian style shower.

Amazing building, beautiful room, superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Pied de la Lettre and will not hesitate to return when we visit Grignan again. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to our days!

Outstanding care and hospitality. Went above and beyond for us when we needed help with taxis to a wedding. Made us feel welcome and at home. Totally recommend this beautiful hotel.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

The apartment was noisy at times due to its location on a fairly busy road and directly above the restaurant and shop.

Could use an an AC to regulate temperature as it is hot during the day and cools at night. Smell from bathroom comes either from lack of plumbing vent or kitchen downstairs.

Everything was great. We loved the decoration and the space in the room. The view was impressive and the location perfect. The restaurant serves great food and is very nice.

Unfortunately, we got a very loud (and old) fan with a extremely hot day and we felt the heat from the kitchen and outside. A newer fan or ceiling one may be advisable.
