Staff were polite and courteous, gave me a 24 hour window to stay since there wasn't much demand. Breakfast was really good with South Indian Dishes, tasty and fulfilling.

If it was near a railway station or a bus stand then it would have got brownie points.. but nothing to dislike it was still a on road property easy to find.

Minor details need to be looked into. Change of bed sheets. Water bottle . Had to request for room cleaning but it was done well. Electrical connection loose, exposed. It was addreesed on request.

The room is spacious. Check-out time was flexible.

The room mentioned that there are ironing facilities in the room. But none available. Ironing service is available at a fee. Would have been great if this was clearer in the description.

My room was very nice & comfortable & clean. The staff were very friendly & helped me information about using local buses. The bus stand is near by.

The hotel is near a busy road so my room was a little noisy but that might have been where my room was positioned in the hotel.

Hotel withy clean room which are adequately big and in a good location. Room rent included breakfast was packed food got from some other retaurant, but variety and tast and adequacy was good.

Very friendly staff...The suite room was almost like a house.. bedroom could be a little bigger..very spacious bathroom...no restaurant inside the hotel is the only drawback...but the Friends chettinad restaurant at walkable distance serves excellent Chettinad non veg food which we relished...so the stay was comfortable and nice..and value for money..

Excellent staff behaviour, Cleanliness of the room was outstanding.

Room located at 2nd floor, their might be earlier discussion about the room floor location so that elder people don't find difficulties.(Even though loft was available,it might be somewat uncomfortable).

The room was clean, the hotel was clean and the best part is the location, it's just in the heart of the city... i was travelling alone and the location of this hotel gave me the total safety felling and the staff were amazing...price wise it was just too good

No kettle, tea, coffee, sugar sachets in the room to Make your own morning teas… no cutleries kept including glasses to drink water… this is minimum

Even tea , coffee should be ordered from outside and by the time u get it , it is cold, BF comes very late…

Reception staff were cordial, friendly and understanding

Room service staff tend to manipulate and compromise services for personal interest.
