After a little mishap our stay turned out wonderful. The night staff Robbie was great checking us in and made sure we were happy with everything. In the morning we were greeted by Sam who was welcoming and also made sure we were happy with everything. They both helped with directions for the bus and Robbie gaved helpful references about the area and places to eat. The hotel was clean, we had room serviced every other day. The pool was clean and warm. The beds were comfortable and the best sleep I had in years. The area has a lot of food places like Mc Donald's, Burger King, WaWa. A ShopRite, Walgreens and others. The bus goes straight to Atlantic City and is only 20 mins or less on the bus. My family and I will surely be back. Also they serve breakfast every day and it good. Bagels, pancakes, sausages, slice bread and more.

They need to fix the vending machine and ice machine on the 3rd and 1st floor. And keep serving sausage even after the hotel crowd is gone. The remaining guest will still like to enjoy their breakfast.

This place is in a good location and the tubs in these rooms are unmatched, the beds are honestly pretty comfortable and the tv works and has cable. Toilet was clean, floors weren't sticky and they were clean, overall a good experience especially compared to other hotels in this area

Some tubs have jets that dont work, so just check first before getting comfortable - they also have a new policy because they have new owners for no stays 5 nights or over which sucks because this used to be the only place I stayed at near AC but for week long stays we have to find somewhere else

The stuff wasted a lot of my and his time because I didn’t have the card that I used for the booking. I had chase app and was able to show him that the card is mine. I had another card and could pay with that one but it was Apple Card and it has no number. I was very disappointed with the checkin process, it was inhumane. I had to book another booking for the same hotel and the guy canceled my first booking. He could just make things easier but decided to make my checkin the most complicated checkin in my entire life. I don’t recommend this hotel just because of this terrible hotel employee.

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Self controlled thermostat in room is nice too. Love that the pool is open 365 days a year!! Wish it was heated though.

Only complaint is the $100 security deposit should be able to be paid in cash and retrievable the day of check out instead of holding up your money in your bank account for a week until hold is removed....OR....hold should be removed the day of check out!

We had a 2 person hot tub in our room. The location was great, and the price was a bargain. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We'll definitely stay here again

No coffeemaker in the room, and the coffee in the dining room wasn't started yet at 6 AM. We always bring our own coffeemaker, but just giving a heads up

The staff was very accommodating and beds were comfortable and there was an indoor pool which my Granddaughter loved. I also like the fact that there was a couch in the room.

Minor repairs are needed. We stayed in a few different rooms due to canceled flights. The first room had some paint peeling off the wall above the shower and the second room had a nail sticking out of the door so we couldn’t put the extra lock on.

The room was huge with the Jacuzzi in main room and it was beautiful🥰

When you wanna connect your Chromecast if you pack and bring it with you for watching for shows for u and child on ur self care days,it should be able to connect easier if possible for us customers that bring them with us

I stay here often when I take my kids to AC. Sam, at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. Our only wish is that the pool was heated. It was so cold last time the kids couldn't swim.

Overall, very good stay. Staff was great, room and common area very clean. Use of laundry was very helpful.

Breakfast offering was mostly on the sweet side, which disappointed those who don’t eat waffles or pancakes for breakfast
