The place was so clean, modern, and had everything you could possibly need—even a washing machine. The location was perfect, making it super easy to get to all the local spots and restaurants. The apartment itself was really spacious and stylish, and the bed was so comfy I slept like a rock. Jason, the host, was great, too. He was always there to help with any questions, and he made me feel so welcomed. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and I'm for sure coming back next time!

Honestly, there aren't any real downsides to this place. I was trying to think of something, but I can't. Everything was just great.

The apartment is spacious and in a really good location. Right next to the building, there are three small supermarkets, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby too. Just a 5-minute walk takes you to Vincom Center Landmark 81, where you can shop, eat, catch a movie, or even go ice skating. There's also a big supermarket inside the mall. The Skyview deck (ticketed) offers an amazing panoramic view of the city. Plus, it only takes around 15 minutes by taxi to get to the heart of the city

Honestly, not much to complain about. Maybe just a small thing—would've been nice to have slightly softer pillows, but it wasn't a big deal

The check-in process was super easy — Sarah left the key card in a locker and sent clear step-by-step instructions, which made everything smooth even though we arrived past midnight. The air conditioning was great, really cool and refreshing after a long day. When we asked about missing shampoo and shower gel, she came by and refilled them the next day. Also, the fridge was fixed quickly by evening after we reported the issue. Overall, Sarah was responsive and helpful throughout our stay

However, we did notice a few cleaning issues when we arrived — there was a bit of trash on the kitchen floor and some dust behind the bed. The washing machine drawer for fabric softener was filled with detergent, probably leftover from the last guest, and hadn't been cleaned. We also checked out about 20 minutes late, which Sarah didn’t mind, but the cleaning lady told us to "get out," which felt kinda rude. She definitely could've said it in a nicer way

We’d booked with Thuong before and had a great experience, so we were hoping to extend our stay — but the apartment wasn’t available. To avoid moving around too much, we booked somewhere else. When that turned out to be a disaster, Thuong and her team saved us big time. They responded around 9pm when we really needed help and managed to get us into one of their apartments last minute. The apartment was super clean, beautifully kept, and very comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and always quick to reply. We’ll defintely stick with them for any future stays in Ho Chi Minh City.

The only downside was that we couldn’t extend our original stay in the same unit, which made us book elsewhere in the first place — but that’s more of a scheduling issue than a problem with the host. Ask ChatGPT

Jason was super helpful, accomodating, and really generous. The apartment had everything I needed — fully furnished with lots of dishes, pots and pans, and a bunch of towels. He was quick to respond anytime I had a question or needed something. He even knew we were running low on water and dropped off a 20-liter bottle at our door before we even asked — that was awesome The neighborhood was also great — peaceful, pretty, and full of places within walking distance. There's even an international hospital right next door

If I had to mention something, maybe the Wi-Fi was a tiny bit slow at times, but nothing major at all

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The place was super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Got a lot of shops nearby, even a big shopping mall just like 20 meter away. Bathroom all very clean and comfy. Kitchen also quite good, got many utensils and big fridge. Internet was crazy fast — I think it's the fastest I ever use at Airbnb, more than 500mbps maybe. Very easy to get around Ho Chi Minh City from here. And the host Thuong was very helpful and profesional, always reply fast

Only small thing maybe is just some traffic noise outside sometimes, but it's not too bad lah. Also, the lift can be a bit slow during busy time. Other than that, all good. We really reccomend this place for family stay

The apartment is on the 12th floor and the night view is fantastic. The bed is really big and super comfy. Facilities were good too, with a nice TV that has Youtube. Towels were very clean and smelled good. Overall, the place felt very clean and comfortable.

Just a small reminder — you’ll need to bring your own slippers, I couldn’t find any provided. Also, the info from the owner only came on the morning of check-in, which made me worry a bit that he wasn’t trustable, but he did reply right before check-in so it turned out ok in the end. Bit stressfull though.

The place is in a super convenient location, inside a big apartment complex with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a Vincom mall nearby. It only took us about 15–20 mins by Grab to get to District 1 where most of the touristy stuff is. The apartment had everything we needed and looked just like the pics on Airbnb. Thuong was an awesome host — really responsive and easy to talk to

Not much to complain about tbh. Maybe just the traffic heading to District 1 can get a bit busy sometimes, but that’s kinda expected in the city. Other than that, everything went smoothly

Amazing locaiton, just a short walk to the park, mall with HaiDiLao Hotpot, and a 24-hour store. The balcony view of the city was stunning. Thuong was very reponsive and kind. Wifi was super fast (300 Mbps), and the apartment had a washer/dryer, smart lock, and was close to the elevator. The dining table was big enough for two laptops, great for remote work.

Some weird noises at night (probably from the pipes), and the building alarm went off early morning because of sensor problems. Furniture and kitchen stuff were a bit worn out (like loose handles, burnt pans). The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere, and there was no handheld showerhead. Only one elevator card for two guests, which was a bit inconvenient.

The place was nice overall. What I loved the most was the view from the bedroom on the 32nd floor – seriously beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfy stay, and the location is great too, with lots of restaurants nearby and a really lovely park close by. For the price, it’s defintely a good deal. Thuong was helpful too whenever we needed something.

. It’s kinda confusing if you’re coming for the first time – we had a hard time figuring out the exact building and finding the key. Took us a while to get settled in because of that.
