Exceptional service from the staff, before arriving we were greeted with a whatsapp message with instructions and directions for the accomodation in english. The compound is nestled in a nice neighbourhood with a small green space out by the steps. The service team were very warm and always with a smile. They even helped with showing us how to use the washing machines, and gave a quick tour around the compound as well. Special mention for Hoang who always made sure that we had everything we needed, especially helping with our requests with a sincere step. Wifi is available throughout the compound and the area is in a quiet neighbourhood as wel which is great for light sleepersl. Everything was kept clean by the team and rooms were serviced every two days. This place is a little gem, i will be sure to return for our next business trip.

Not really a dislike but more for improvement in the future, maybe have a mix of pillow firmness in the room as the two provided were both soft.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with security gate near the river offering a safe, cool and fresh feeling. New buiding, nice architecture. The room has a charming view to the green thru a cute sheer curtain. Abundant of sun light and warm internal lighting. Aircon is powerful and with a quiet mode for sleeping. Bed is comfy. Shower is new and clean with ventilation. Laundry is managed by staff to ease up the queue, which I loved so much, thank you 😍. The whatsapp messaging was handy to get helped. Grab car to and from this place has a discount, bravo! This is so far our 3rd stay. Seems like there is no better option in the area.

Several ouch moments when I kicked the edge of the hard wood sofa, wishing the sofa cushions not moving that much 😫. That's it, nothing else to complain about.

The staff were friendly and hard-working. The kitchen had almost everything we need. The room was clean, spacious, and appears well-maintained.

The wifi in our room was not great. In our room, some devices received wifi and some did not. Outside of our room, wifi was great. The bed sheets material holds moisture and would sometimes feel damp.

Nice building in safe area within a gated community. There are guards at the gate 24x7. The gate is pulled at mid-night however they will open for guests. It has nice view to the 81 Landmark, with community facilities available at the park, quiet and calm area to stay. Room is clean, bath room is new and very clean, kitchen is very new and clean, room services is helpful. Shared laundry area is busy however very handy, if you cannot wait I would recommend sending to a laundry service in the local market nearby at a low cost. The staff is helpful and available when called (using the hot line number).

While we stay there was a storm and somehow water sips into the aircon only when it was pouring, might be from a crack? That was gone by itself the next day.

Small towels were not provided when I first came. Room preparation could be improved.

Great experience. The place is nearby the river, we can walk around and along the river. Air is clean. Room is also clean and neat.

Nice hotel, a bit far but fair for the price. We used Grab to the city center. AC in the room which is a plus.
