Jason was super helpful, accomodating, and really generous. The apartment had everything I needed — fully furnished with lots of dishes, pots and pans, and a bunch of towels. He was quick to respond anytime I had a question or needed something. He even knew we were running low on water and dropped off a 20-liter bottle at our door before we even asked — that was awesome The neighborhood was also great — peaceful, pretty, and full of places within walking distance. There's even an international hospital right next door

If I had to mention something, maybe the Wi-Fi was a tiny bit slow at times, but nothing major at all

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The place was super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Got a lot of shops nearby, even a big shopping mall just like 20 meter away. Bathroom all very clean and comfy. Kitchen also quite good, got many utensils and big fridge. Internet was crazy fast — I think it's the fastest I ever use at Airbnb, more than 500mbps maybe. Very easy to get around Ho Chi Minh City from here. And the host Thuong was very helpful and profesional, always reply fast

Only small thing maybe is just some traffic noise outside sometimes, but it's not too bad lah. Also, the lift can be a bit slow during busy time. Other than that, all good. We really reccomend this place for family stay

The place is in a super convenient location, inside a big apartment complex with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a Vincom mall nearby. It only took us about 15–20 mins by Grab to get to District 1 where most of the touristy stuff is. The apartment had everything we needed and looked just like the pics on Airbnb. Thuong was an awesome host — really responsive and easy to talk to

Not much to complain about tbh. Maybe just the traffic heading to District 1 can get a bit busy sometimes, but that’s kinda expected in the city. Other than that, everything went smoothly

Amazing locaiton, just a short walk to the park, mall with HaiDiLao Hotpot, and a 24-hour store. The balcony view of the city was stunning. Thuong was very reponsive and kind. Wifi was super fast (300 Mbps), and the apartment had a washer/dryer, smart lock, and was close to the elevator. The dining table was big enough for two laptops, great for remote work.

Some weird noises at night (probably from the pipes), and the building alarm went off early morning because of sensor problems. Furniture and kitchen stuff were a bit worn out (like loose handles, burnt pans). The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere, and there was no handheld showerhead. Only one elevator card for two guests, which was a bit inconvenient.

The place was nice overall. What I loved the most was the view from the bedroom on the 32nd floor – seriously beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfy stay, and the location is great too, with lots of restaurants nearby and a really lovely park close by. For the price, it’s defintely a good deal. Thuong was helpful too whenever we needed something.

. It’s kinda confusing if you’re coming for the first time – we had a hard time figuring out the exact building and finding the key. Took us a while to get settled in because of that.

Our stay in Saigon was made even better by this wonderful home, which was ideal for my mom and me. It was just a short walk to Landmark 81, which was really convenient. Jason was incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night when I had some questions. He also let us check in early because our flight arrived ahead of schedule and offered us a late check-out option. The place was clean and had plenty of space. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip

There are a few small ants because of the rainy season, but they dealt with them quickly

We had many family members and relatives come over for short visits, something we couldn’t have managed with a hotel. The space accommodated everyone comfortably, and all our guests thought it was beautiful. The host was incredibly helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. The housekeeper was exceptionally nice and kept everything in perfect order. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our stay. This property provided a perfect balance of comfort and elegance, making our family gatherings memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and spacious environment

We spent 3 nights with our family, including 3 kids, in this wonderful apartment. It had everything we needed, from essentials to a stunning city view. The location was perfect—easy access to the city center, plus plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Our host was incredibly friendly, always quick to respond, and made communication smooth and easy. The overall experience was fantastic, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. Really nice place – clean, stylish, and super comfy. Self check-in was simple and straightfoward. Thuong was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The location’s awesome, right across from Vincom Centre / Landmark 81. The apartment’s in Landmark 4 at Vinhomes Central Park

Only thing I’d mention is there wasn’t much kitchenware, so cooking was a bit tricky. Not a big deal, but would be nice to have a few more basics

The apartment was pretty nice overall, tho a bit old. I really liked that they had a dryer – made doing laundry wayyy easier during the trip. The place felt comfy and quiet, and Thuong was helpful when we needed anything.

But there were a few downsides too. The bathtub didn’t work, which was a bit dissapointing. Also, the couch was pretty worn out – def needs to be replaced or at least covered
