The hotel is very beautiful, staff are friendly. The room is very nice, we had an outdoor bath which was devine! The shower was good, bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was awesome, though I wish it had some yoghurt and more fruits. The pool and the whole hotel is very pretty.

When we arrived the property told us we had to pay again, even though we already paid the full price on booking.com. It was a very confusing and stressful way to check in to a nice hotel, didn't put us in a good mood. The location isn't the best, there are some nice restaurants nearby but it's not a very nice area of town. The pool was nice but FREEZING cold, couldn't stay in there for more than 5 minutes, it would be nice if it was heated a bit.

Good value for money given you are not too far from the action of Ho Chi Minh, but it's def not a tourist atea. But was easy enough to get a grab to and from for a decent price, though you need to go to the main street to get the car. The hotel did feel like a bit of an oasis away from the hustle and bustle The staff were really helpful and friendly and the view up on the sky bar was absolutely stunning, especially at night and the drinks were delicious The pool was also inside the lobby so it was indoors but the water was refreshing and cold

The breakfast was fine but we decided to eat out because the food in Ho Chi Minh is just so amazing it felt like a waste The only negative was that the bed was pretty uncomfortable, it was mostly just a piece of foam and we didn't have great sleeps and the room was fairly small, but it was always clean

Hotel is new, clean and in good condition, restaurant on the top floor is very nice with great view, hotel personel is very helpful and nice, breakfast was tasty

The system with the card you need to activate the elevator, which is the same card that is used to turn on the electricity and air conditioning in the room, is bad - when one person wants to stay in the room and the other wants to go to the swimming pool or to the hotel restaurant, the person in the room is left without air conditioning. Also, there is kitchen in the room but there is no dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, nothing. Also hotel rules prohibit cooking in the kitchen.

Comfy bed and nice bath on the balcony. And decent location Room was nice and staff were friendly.

Pool. Looks great but it’s very shallow and cold and was quite dirty. We only went in it once as 2 out of 4 days we stayed the pool was closed for cleaning but the next day we went in it was not clean and had a dead cockroach at the bottom of the pool. The room bathroom also has a very overwhelmingly bad smell I suspect is coming from the drain. You could smell it as soon as came in room.

The staff were very very nice. If there was a language barrier they would try their best to solve our enquiries. I felt it was peaceful and such good value for money. Everything was super nice for me but didn't realise how small the bathroom was but that's apparently standard in Vietnam so that's ok! I felt for the price you pay its still luxury! There's a small shop in front of the hotel which is super handy for snacks and essentials. Buffet breakfast was super nice! Good variety of foods for us and best to go as early as you can so you can get it nice and fresh! I appreciated that the hotel wasn't right on a busy road. Me and my partner enjoyed going for walks and finding good finds up and down the road.

The staff were friendly and smiling.and accommodating and we're definitely the plus point. The breakfast choice was good and the view from the breakfast location was good overlooking the river area. The gym was equipped with modern equipment. A smart tv enabling you to watch YouTube and other apps

The location and area. It is down an alleyway and the area is very much local people running their businesses. I accept I made the choice but I realise district 1 would have been the better choice. The promotion photos have been idealised and therefore a bit misleading when you come picking the hotel. There was noise from adjoining guest bedrooms and also drain liquid noises heard early 12:30am. No live TV channels available. Cannot watch TV in bed as TV is in the bottom duplex. Has a kitchenette but no plates, cooking pots, cutlery etc to use

Very spacious and clean room, value for money. Love the facilities eg gym and pool, was not crowded so able to utilise the facilities. Generally friendly staff, convenient location by the road, easy to get grab, very near to most spots I went, just 10mins grab ride. Would recommend 👍

Didn't know that they charge bottled water till check out. First hotel I went to that doesn't provide complementary water.

The pool area was beautiful and we loved the breafast/dinner restaurant with gorgeous views over Saigon.. very unique and special.. Staff were also very helpful and accomodating.

The only negative we found in this hidden gem of a hotel, was the bedding. After long days of walking and touring Ho Chi Minh, coming back to an incredibly uncomfortable bed and mattress in the evening was disappointing.

Smart little hotel that could easily pass as something more boutique & upmarket. Comfortable, secure & clean rooms, housekeeping diligent and top up the drinking water, tea & coffee each day. Breakfast on the top floor was great, nice selection of hot & cold food, friendly staff, nice balcony views to start the day. Super little fitness suite opens 6.30am-9.30pm

Walking down the lane, honestly thought the hotel didn't exist, but it's just well hidden. Can't really walk anywhere from the hotel, but hailing Grab makes life easy obviously. Rooms a bit smaller than the photos suggest, standard though.

My partner and I loved the rooftop restaurant. The daily buffet breakfast with a beautiful view and lovely staff was a highlight. The indoor cave pool was very novel as well. The staff at reception were so friendly and made an effort to greet us every time we came back to the hotel. The bedroom was very clean and tidy, and the entire hotel was filled with lovely indoor plants and flowers.

The bathroom and shower was a little cramped and the whole bathroom floor filled up with water after you showered. Seems common in Vietnam, but having wet feet wasn't ideal. We didn't expect to be so far from the city centre, but the walk to town was good after a long flight. Taxi was cheap too.
