Cost and close to some unique places and convenience places.
Not enough towels and to for the 4 who were there and the front desk wasn't open to get more, until 6am the next day.

bad spot behind gas station small sign for hotel in front
web site showed breakfast service not. front desk not open till 10’sam. Everytime we left the room had to have key recorded. And yes my phone was no way near the keys inside the sleeve they gave us. mirror by bathroom not cleaned in sometime. hole in ceiling in corner of shower,water stain from floor above in bathroom,a tv you will find in a kid’s bedroom(small)..

Nothing it was by far the worst place I have ever experienced. IT WAS HELL HERE
my room initially wasn't ready and I paid a week in advance for 2 Queen DOUBLE BED SMOKING ROOM only to be told the door battery is dead and I couldn't get the room and was told I would have to stay in a non smoking room and on top of that the non smoking room was filled with bed bugs, The lights didn't work in the restroom was forced to use my own flash light I got bitten multiple times by the bed bugs. the front desk agent didn't care and was nonchalant about my complaints.
